declined Bronze and Silver boxes for medium and high ranks

I have a good idea to add bronze and silver boxes in a suitable way. Just like crystals boxes have made a comeback for low ranks, I have an idea about introducing bronze boxes for medium ranks and silver boxes for high ranks, except Legends. The Legend ranks will only drop gold boxes and black boxes (containers). I suggest that it would be much better for gold boxes to only drop at Legend ranks, and always be worth 1000 crystals.

Bronze boxes would be worth 250 crystals, and silver boxes worth 500 crystals.

The value of the gold box is already small in high ranks, why do you want to even lower it?!

Gold Boxes are a necessary source of income for a player, especially low-mid ranks, and now you want to reduce their value?

Gold Boxes should stay the way they are. If you save up enough of them and drop them in a private battle during a sale, you can really boost your crystals therefore increasing your purchasing power.

 

You didn't mention A SINGLE REASON why these boxes should exist, other than to give Legends another little benefit.

I would say Legends need Gold Boxes the least out of all ranks, as everything is so expensive here, 1000 crystals is like pocket change.

Should NOT be - they are supposed to be a bonus.

Players who treat these as a "source of income" are often just mults.   No real need for a 1000 cry bonus at lower ranks.  500, or even 250 is a large bonus compared to what they get from the battle-fund at lower ranks.

Bonuses may be classified as secondary sources of income.  Plus, the comparatively high amount of 1000 crystals (as compared to battle fund) is somewhat balanced by the low frequency of drops in normal MM battles. (Server dropped golds are barely noticeable, and player dropped Golds are more in higher ranks.)

Well - you said "necessary source of income".  That implies more than "secondary".

And really - they should be scaled down for the lower ranks.  Many players at that rank just mult for golds and don't participate in the battle.

If the value of gold boxes is too low for Legend ranks, then I would suggest it to be dropped at only the rank of Generalissimo. Legend ranks would then drop black boxes. I am not sure whether that would work, so I will leave the decision to the developers.

I didn't say so. 

Yet to see any mults dedicated only to catch golds in standard MM battles. The drop rate is very low, so there's little scope for that (though I have heard of a few very high GS players in low ranks who mult for golds, but mostly in event modes).

My suggestion is not to encourage mults. It is to give small bonuses to medium and high ranks. The bonuses of bronze and silver boxes will only give players crystals, no experience points like blue crystals boxes.

Sorry riddler but i have come to the conclusion that any and all updates should only be implemented if it coincides with YOU gaining an advantage in battle or it helps out with anything you have not acquired in your garage.

My suggestion is not for me to gain any advantage. I am a Legend rank. Bronze boxes are for low ranks, higher than crystals boxes ranks, and silver boxes for high ranks. That is around medium high ranks, like Brigadier to General.

Well you see, gold boxes have been around since the beginning of the game and have a long history; as viewing the current state of tanki, removal of favored updates throughout a few ranks but still available for the higher would be more of partiality as 1000 crystals isn't quit a lot but is definitely more that what you'd earn at the end of the battle in some cases for an average player, As well; looking at the prices of equipment throughout the ranks, battle funds aren't quite going to cut it and that's where gold boxes come in to support players. All in all, if implemented; there would be quite an awful lot of negativity which really isn't required nor is there any legitimate reason to implement this even in the future.

No. I am not asking for the removal of gold boxes. Gold boxes as well as black boxes must always remain in Tanki Online whatsoever. What Tanki Online needs are bronze and silver boxes for medium to medium high ranks. The very high ranks will get to always drop gold boxes and black boxes as usual.

Please change the status to valid.

it would be more useful if bronze boxes give 1000 as that is enough for low ranks, silver give 2000 cause 1000 isnt even enough to get a pro battle pass and 3000 for gold box so that high ranks can actually feel rewarded.

If i get this right, You want gold boxes to be substituted with lower crystal boxes for the lower ranks and 1000 crystal gold box only being reserved for the higher rankers?
