Volume slider stuck at 0%.

Hey there!
I was hoping for some help, as currently my game has no volume.

I moved the sound volume slider to 0% earlier, and when I try to move it back up, it simply won't respond.

Any suggestions / help would be much appreciated.

When you enter a battle if you have turned the in game volume bar all the way up, check the sounds that are coming from your computer as you may have accidentally muted TO.

I did not understand so much which sound settings do you mean (your computer / in-game).

If in your computer, So try to restart your computer.

If in-game so try to reinstall the game.

It's the game volume. I don't have it installed, I play in in the browser, as you can't install things on my PC (I have a chromebook).

I have two solutions for you, the first is to reinstall your browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge etc)

The 2nd solution is download Flash / HTML5 client and then your sound volume will work (I recommend you to download because It's more comfortable).

Clearing your browser's cache might help, read the following article if you're unsure how to do so.

If u go to settings in the bottom left corner ( if u are using HTML5) there should be a "sound" section.Try hittin the reset all button at the bottom.
