Anyway, I think this discussion about mk8/9 is pointless. It is unofficial terminology created by players. We have strayed way too far from the topic

Players with Defender drone annoy me a lot

Pretty much this.

Also players w/ scout rail + hornet and their annoying knock back.

Speaking of hornet, hornet + magnum players are especially annoying and hard to deal with because as soon as they gain any momentum they are impossible to take down.

Related to 2, you have viking/hornet OD activated and teammates step in front of your shots. Related to 3, enemy mammoth with OD activated approaching you. You try to back up on your faster hull but found teammate blocking you. You and your teammate both destroyed.

You are 1 vs 1 against somebody. Your teammate next to you instead of creating a 2 vs 1 decides to look/go the other way.

...Isida on your side only knows how to smell your team's juggernaut butt...teammate who cannot park their tank parallel to traffic...

Just a heads up for the little guys out there. I'm a heavy hull, and I have tons of health. Even with that health sometimes I just can't tank a shot, so I use a wall to stop it entirely. If you could kindly refer to kindergarden/daycare where you were taught to share, it would be extremely helpful to both of us. I'm all for taking care of the high-damage turrets for you little dudes, but when a Hornet ODed DDed Gauss is staring me down with both it's ears up, it's generally in both of our best interests if you just let me move behind the wall and reset his targeting, since if I can't survive that there's no way YOU can survive it. And if he lines up his shot and attacks guess what? We're both dead, plus whoever is on the same continent as us (Seriously, that splash is deceptively awful.). So in short, share your cover. When a HEAVY hull is trying to avoid a shot, it's because we know it's not gonna be good.

Fair point you make, but you no as well as i do that having team mates do what is best for the team is as rare as a balanced MM battle. Good luck on the battlefield, cause boy are you gonna need.

I still hate the XP/BP combo with a burning passion. Every single movement it makes exudes arrogance like a tank-bourne B.O. It's lethargic to one shot them, but hard to get them to move out from behind the streetlight they're somehow concealing their entire hitbox behind. My best solution? Pop a DA+Speed Boost and fake a charge behind their cover, then shoot at them as they try to run away.

If there's one thing that'll get across the message that Scout, RD, and LCR users are not welcome in MM...it's making them suffer before you destroy them, as they no longer fear death. Flip them, humiliate them, do whatever you have to.

The more they ragequit and go back to their beloved format battles, the better.

That splash needs a nerf in radius & damage.

The splash should have never been there to begin with. You know what I mean when I say this.

Yes.  Highly unlikely they remove it entirely - thus the nerf suggestions.

But I don't hold out much hope.  I mean - look at hornet OD - untouched since introduced....

Couldnt agree more. Nothing makes me more happier than to use either freeze or smoky on wasp, annoy so many tankers and look at the loads of profanity in the chat and hordes of viking-fires raging after me : D

Shafts. They rarely play for the team. 8/10 the team with more shafts loses.

Especially in TDM or JGR

Yeah. It's a great weapon. Unfortunately, most of the shafts I see are campers who just want kills. But I have seen some people use it well for defence and supporting the flag carriers.

I particularly hate it when they just aim at the wall you are behind wait for you to come out.

I particularly hate it when someone stealing our flag drives right by those shaft-campers who are "defending" and they don't have a clue what is going on.

So many complain about game booting them out because it does not recognize scoping as an activity.  Maybe there's a reason for that and they should take off their tunnel-vision every now and then.

Sniper shafts are VERY useful to a team. Specially in large CTF maps. The bad thing is only if there are too many of them, which sometimes is mostly the case in PRO battles such as Highways and Brest.

Fixed it for you.

There are many "camper" shafts that are just selfish.  The most selfish ones I've seen are the Titan shafts that just use the dome to protect themselves in their own little corner of the map - where the dome helps no one else on the team.

Seeing how weak the titan dome already is, or is probably not a good strategy to start sniping in the middle of the map or right in the fight-zone and put up the dome to help out your team mates. I would not mind if a shaft did that (I have used this strategy) but it is probably bad if a Gauss user is only camping with his dome activated from a safe corner. This is because Gauss is more flexible than shaft and can be used like a weaker thunder for fighting at mod range.

Well the dome still has some uses for the team outside of your own base - and that includes making a Hunter use up OD defensively. same for Hornet - will use the OD earlier than desired if 'forced" to.

The shaft deploying the dome solely for it's own protection?  Smart enemies will just ignore that player - especially if they are camped with limited arc of fire.  Shaft players camping don't need that protection - they are only worried about their precious KD.
