“Meeting Our First Recruits”

Episode 2 ended off with” You may to apply to join this chat, applications are open. You may become a guest, or a member, whatever you can spin….” So me, @ILiveOnTheChatBox123and @Cyber2_O.o  had a chat and pulled in a couple of new recruits. Due to the length of the chat we had, I had to split it into two segments. Meet the new guys on the job:@Person_Random and @Sacrifice.

ChatBox-I wonder when we will get our first application;

I think that day will be a win.

Do  you think there are others who like rhyming?

Maybe they rather do a different thing?

Cyber-That is, if we even get someone to apply,

And hope it doesn't get a deny.

There aren't many poets in the Amateur Writing Section,

And not many have the time to join our poetry collection.

ChatBox-I have to update all of our consumers;

We did in fact have attempts to join by some reporters.

However, the need for an application, they thought was lame;

They figured they can get by with just their reporter fame.

I will now invite @Sacrifice  to this episode as a guest.

Now you, @Sacrifice, tell us the rest:

Sacrifice-I am not good at rhyming

But there is no loss in trying

We do not need an application facility

Everyone should be able to join, if they have the rhyming ability

^^

ChatBox-I don't really echo that sentiment;

I feel each participant should make a definable stint.

Cyber-My reasoning is, applications make it more official,

And knowing others' rhyming skills could be beneficial.

ChatBox- I think regulars will be more recognized;

Especially these reporters whose writing is prized.

With the next reporter, this is especially true;

Especially if you won't wait for me to introduce you

His name is @Person_Random and he needs no introduction.

What do you feel about how quick poets should get induction?

Random- For now, we shall have to wait and see

In the meantime, we will be granted a candidacy

ChatBox- Now, @Cyber2_O.o what do you think of our new recruits?

Do you think they will successfully work in cahoots?

Cyber- Yeah, I think they'll fit in,

But we can't really tell until we begin.

So, Chat Box, what will we discuss; I'm all ears,

For this is the first time we have volunteers.

ChatBox- I was thinking of a topic to start today;

I ended up settling on Q&A.

To be continued in Episode 4.3 where we have some Q&A, I get a bit upset, and we finalize on a topic to discuss. Stay tuned.

Looking to apply? Check out episode two for details, and/or PM me. Though it won't be easy to get on with this talent-packed team.

Approved.

Awesome! Another episode of Poetic Chat! I've been waiting for it for quite a while, and it certainly is the best one yet totally not because it includes me in here. Anyways, I think it has definitely improved a lot since the first episode. Each line flows a bit better now; they are about the same length as well, which makes it look a lot more uniform and sound like a much better poem. I'm hoping to see some great work coming soon!

Minor Edits (just removed a few extra spaces)
