Hey there, Tankers! Tanki Mobile has just released some key updates, such as supply auto-activation. Let's dive right in! TNK00-00000-OH-YES-THERES-A-PROMODCODE

Tanki Mobile has become a large part of the game. Though it was just a small side project a few years ago, it has now transformed into one of the main recruiting sites for new players to join in. And it's high time that this mobile version gets a freshening up. This past week, the supplies auto-activation system became fully automated, while the tutorial just got a fresh new remake. Let's see how these updates stack up! -03X15

Mobile brought along a few problems: on a small screen, it is hard to perform multiple objectives, such as shooting, moving, and activating supplies. To simplify the equation, Tanki introduced the concept of supply auto-activation a while earlier. Back then, all you needed to do was click the designated supply whenever you were free, and the supply would activate whenever it was ready.

This required the press of a button to activate supplies, which was useful but still could be problematic for some players. So the supplies auto-activation system became fully automated. Upon spawning, the supplies will activate in the order Double Armor, Speed Boost, and Double Damage with a five-second delay in-between.

However, if you happen to pick up a supply box, then the next supply will activate. So if you pick up a Speed Boost, in five seconds, a Double Damage will activate instead of the regularly scheduled Speed Boost.TR

And in the case of low health, a repair kit automatically activates. Mines, I believe, will have to be manually activated as it would prove interesting and frustrating to have random mines show up each time a mobile player respawns.0B

Moving on, there are a few shortcomings to this new system. You might not want to use any more of your steadily dwindling repair kits or double armors, but they just seem to automatically activate every time you respawn. Fortunately, you can disable the supply auto-activation for a certain supply by simply clicking on the respective supply. And voila, you no longer have it activating automatically.

Oh, and I forgot, batteries! These are activated automatically, I believe on the minute. For some drones, such as Brutus and Driver, it doesn't seem to be an issue, but for others like Booster and Defender, the auto-activation of the supply also triggers the activation of the drone, which can happen at inopportune times, creating frustration. For these, you need to remember to disable the supply auto-activation for the respective supply/supplies or else it's going to be a rough ride.

614773045000929292.png?v=1Impact: The new supplies activation system is definitely useful for one who might be forgetful on the mobile version: supplies are instantly activated. However, for someone who pays a lot of attention to detail or has a specialized drone, they might not like this new feature, opting for manual activation of supplies. Repair kits ideally should be activated by the player themselves, but it might be useful for new players to get a feel of the game first before activating the supplies at the best times for themselves. Z-Z

Speaking of which, we're reviewing a remastered tutorial for Tanki Mobile next.

Tanki also made another change to its mobile game: adding a new tutorial. It does way more in-depth, leading a newbie into the game step-by-step. Here's a few demo pictures they showed from the V-Log.

As you can see, the tutorial goes through the game mechanics methodically, dropping important tips about the game along the way. There's definitely a lot more introduction to various aspects of the game that I didn't even know when I first joined. Additional information like this allows new players to get a taste of each component of the game, such as supplies, turrets, hulls, micro-upgrades, and battles.

614773045000929292.png?v=1 Impact: This new tutorial adds a ton of detail, giving loads of information to the player. Based on what I've seen, it doesn't seem to be too overwhelming for new players, which is even better. The mobile tutorial has gotten some really great updates recently, so it definitely will be a great way to introduce some new faces to the game! 63

70x701.png Bottom Line

Supply Auto-Activation

Pros Cons
+ Much easier to use supplies  - Uses more supplies
+ Can be adjusted to individual needs  - Not compatible with specialized drones (e.g. Crisis)
+ Easily adjustable (settings can be changed in battle)

New Mobile Tutorial

Pros Cons
+ A lot more detailed; players understand the game faster  - Might be bothersome for old players (just skip the tutorial)
+ Tutorial also allows you to experience the game
+ Much easier for new players to get accustomed to

Overall, these updates are most definitely beneficial to mobile players, which will help them stay just as competitive as PC gamers in Tanki. Well, that wraps it up for this article. Random out. QM

I did consider that; I guess what I mean are there are a lot of pros that come with the update, but the cons are a bit more universal and affect gameplay to a larger degree. Thanks for clarifying!

Person_Random, I know the promocode, but I have a question about it. Did you mean to spell promocode "promodcode" within the code, and also, has it been taken? There was another problem too. It seems much too long for the promocode box, so I couldn't enter it. I'm not sure if it has just been taken, or if I'm doing something wrong.

I accidentally wrote something incoherent. The grammar was bad.
