The email you're asked to provide in the form doesn't have to be linked to any account. The tech support asks for an email so they can communicate with you and help you solve your problem.

That's very important, if you want the tech support to get back to you, you need to write your email address in the following box (see in the spoiler)

On the other hand, this box (see below) does NOT have to be filled, because some people (like you) haven't linked an email to their account

Go to this link and enter all the required details, you can enter any email that you use here*, you can leave this box* (It asks you for the email linked to your account whereas the box below asks for any valid email account) as it is not a required field and you can explain your problem in detail here.
