Below, you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions in the Q&A section. Before creating a topic in the section, please take a few minutes to read this thread. You may find the answer you are looking for!

 1. The Game

Q: My account has been stolen / got lost. How do I get it back?

A: If your account has been stolen, you should contact the Tech Support via this form

 

Q: What to do if I forgot my password / e-mail linked to my account?

A: If you've forgotten your in-game password or the e-mail address linked to your account, use this form to contact the Tech Support.

 

Q: I came across a chat violator. How can I report them?

A: As of now, chat violators cannot be reported, it is recommended to use the ignore feature (either by left-clicking on their nickname and selecting the 'Ignore' option, or by using the /block Nickname chat command) this way, you won't see their messages ever again.

 

Q: I came across a battle violator. How can I report them?

A: Any form of battle violation (such as hack, cheats, sabotage etc..) can be reported on the Game Violations section over the RU Forum. Before reporting a violation, make sure you read the rules of the section. (It is recommended to use a browser that has the ability to auto translate the pages). You can also use the vote command if there is a game violator in your battle.

 

Q: I believe I have been banned unfairly, what should I do?

A: In this case, You will need to contact one of our Chat Administrators (@DarkOperative [PM] or @rommeltanki [PM]) via Forum PM.

 

Q: I believe I have been blocked unfairly, what should I do?

A: You should contact either the Battle Administrator or the Tech Support via this link

 

Q: I have lost crystals / EXP / items from my account. How can I get them back?

A: In order to get back your missing item(s), contact the Tech Support via this link

 

Q: When is the next sale in Tanki?

A:  Nobody knows when the next sale is, such information is known to the developers only. However, you can still check the Full List Of Annual Sales And Events. It is a list that contains the yearly events where sales usually take place.

 

Q: The Flash version of the game has a lot of bugs/glitches, what can I do?

A: You can try either re-installing the client or clear your cache. You can check this guide if you are unsure how to do so. However, we advise you and anyone else who still uses the Flash version to move to HTML5, as Flash is not going to be supported anymore by the end of 2020.


2. Forum

Q: I have logged into my Forum account and all of its old data got lost. How can I get back my old Forum account?

A: It happened due to a bug, but there's nothing to worry about. All you have to do is to send a Forum PM to @Maf and ask him to merge your forum accounts

 

Q: I am new to the forum, where should I begin?

A: You can begin with reading this guide, which explains everything there is to know about the forum and its features.

 

Q: My Forum post / topic got removed. Why?

A: Your post / topic may have violated the rules, you can send a Forum PM to one of the Forum moderators if you have questions about the matter.

 

Q: How can I mention/tag a player in my post?

A: You need to type "@" and then the nickname of the player you want to tag. (For example; @Spy). An easier way to do so is to click the  "@" icon which can be found at the bottom of each post.

 

Q: I have been banned / blocked / given a warning point on the Forum. Why?

A: You may have violated the rules. If you believe there was a mistake, you should contact one of our Forum administrators via Forum PM

 

Q: Where can I post my ideas/suggestions for the game?

A: You can post your ideas/suggestions in the Ideas and Suggestions section. Before posting an idea, make sure you read the guide for posting ideas.

 

Q: I haven't received my promocode, what should I do?

A: Promocodes are usually sent within 48 hours. In case 48 hours have passed and you still haven't received your promocode, please contact @The.L-E-G-E-N-D via Forum PM.
