You can see the minimum and recommended system requirements for running Tanki Online here. If your friend's PC does not meet these minimum system requirements, then lag is sort of inevitable and the only fix would be to invest in a more powerful PC. If his computer specs are good, then he should check the topic that was linked above, how to reduce lags.

If that PC is using 32 bits Windows 7, that means it is in fact a very old PC (no one uses 32 bit for a long time). It will lag on pretty much a lot of stuff, properly on some browser Flash game as well. So, it is more a problem of that PC than the client.

Do you have an HTML5 client for Mac? I only have the flash one. The link downloaded an exe file which doesn't work on mac. Thanks for any help.
