Why would Tanki do something like that on purpose?

Cause this competition requires speed, I don't have time to read the names of the announcements and notice that one of the links went missing

That's really strange that the page disappeares. Well, we have EN player on first place so I don't think that any other communities have more chances to win due to this bug. This bug is not connected to the contest and I have never seen something like this before. Going to ask our Web developers to check it. Anyway, I hope that next time we will have the contest on the new version of the website.

Because the end date of the contest was set as August 23rd 09 UTC. There were no problems during previous two days because these days are before August 23rd 09 UTC.

Yesterday I finished it within 21min (You may check it yourself) without facing any problem exact the same time of next day of pieces appeared at 23rd aug 9:00 UTC. But today we faced the problem, We were unable to find the msg of "there's no Puzzle part is here" like for 7-10 min as I remember (after 9:00 UTC) 

 

So again I repeat "why this happening on last day only?" like the previous one puzzle we faced the problem only on last day.

 

Same again its happened on last day only.

Last time we had a server issue, the server wasn't ready for such number of participants. 

This time we have faced another problem, not server one. I set a wrong end date for the contest in an admin panel.

not sure what is the problem . I found all 36 it took me just over 1 hour and 40 minutes. I wish I knew a faster way to find them.

This is frustrating.

SO frustrating.

I found out 35 pieces in about 30 min. Then I went all the way back to 31/10/2018. Still no 36^th piece. Then I thought I must have missed a page. Began again from Erudite. Went up to March 2019. Then gave up. This whole episode took about 1.5 hrs.

The page still disappears, by the way, the one having the elusive 36^th piece.

Marcus, I humbly request you to change the criterion for winning. Or, at least add an additional prize for 10-20 random players who got the 36 pieces after this bug was discovered. Do something, please, so that our efforts also may not get wasted.

P.S. I have found out all 36 pieces about 45 min ago.

I found the last 11 pieces by 9:25AM UTC. But I could never find the page Blast Into 2020. The page disappeared when I clicked "Are you Ready for Siege". I was literally in the lead but I finished just a while ago Thanks to that page disappearing. I would be happy if I at least get a consolation because I was bound for 1st Place. If you guys don't listen to us who faced this same issue I will not participate in future puzzle competitions because My Time Records were at the best till that page disappeared. Please look into this @Marcus

if you looked above he did say there was nothing wrong on the servers as far as he was concerned. you might want to check on your computer for the internet . you might need to upgrade the package you have from your provider ..  I had these issues in the past and also blamed the company until we did a full investigation into it.. we did find issues with tanki server connection on dropping there signal but its there provider not tanki's fault.

After 4 hours of sleep, came back to find out the picture that I thought I skipped over disappeared as I clicked the news post before it :(. Ended up going to 2018 only to decide that I must have skipped over it and had to back track. Basically doubled my time (which wasn't that fast to begin with as was coming up on 24 hours awake), but it could been possible for me to skip all over it a 2nd time by restarting instead of back tracking. Good work to the winners that noticed this.

Still I didn't get the proper answer to my question.

You simply doing mistakes on last day only where participants are dying to get 1st place. We all know that only top 100 will get something from the contest on the basis of last days entries. You guys made it limited  just because high responses were got on quiz contest of @Shy and also reduced the prizes at the end.

we can understand about server problem due to all participants were tried at same time and its obvious that we might get problem. Well you improved it in current puzzle by removing pieces on next days, so there might be less participants if they missed day of beginning of contest. In previous puzzle all weren't care about the 1st and 2nd days only focused on last day (3rd). 

This time it might be fair to all of us, Who is participated from the beginning. 
But you did your own @Marcus mistakes to putting dates incorrectly in certain time.

so this time you shouldn't give next serial number to them who got  the same time of entries, Give them same serial number. 
As we can see that in previous puzzle results , Only 100 players were got something, No matter how many of us were done with same kind of entries even in sec. They were put them into next S.No. if they concentrate on it some of us will get something too

these things happen .were not perfect. even machines make mistakes.. its life and we learn from our mistakes

yea i really wasn't trying to win . it was more proving to myself that I still can do these events.. at my age my brain is slowly loosing its memory ..
