weekly container gift didn't show up in my garage

the other day i opened a weekly container and received a heat resistance augment but it never showed up in my garage.  what gives?

As said above it is impossible to get an augment from a weekly container. You would have opened a regular container to receive this augment. What did you get heat resistance for? Make sure you've checked the right hull it was supposed to be for and not any others. If you are sure you did not receive the reward, contact tech support via this form.

@GG_reg good call! I haven't played in a long time and I wasn't aware that the augments were hull specific.  I went back into my garage and checked each hull that I own and the augment was for my titan mk2.  kindof a bummer since i mainly play with my viking mk7.  I'll give it a go around though and see how it performs.  anyway thanks for your response!
