Hello, tankers!

«Tanker’s day» and the «Tanki Online Meetup» are in full swing. In honour of these events, we would like to suggest how you can make the vibe even better!

 

Tanki is Tanki, but outdoor walks are on a schedule!

 

It’s time to make your tank with your own hands and go for a walk. Make your tank as cool as you want it to be in Tanki and find such a beautiful spot which could be a map in Tanki Online.

 

We will have two categories:

• The coolest tank which could be in the game

• The most beautiful spot which could be a map

 

Here’s what you should do:

• Make your tank with your own hands and go for a walk

• Take a piece of paper and write your nickname and «Tanks in your city 2020» on it.

• Find a beautiful spot which could be a map in Tanki Online.

• Take a photo of your tank and the piece of paper in the frame.

• Upload your finished work to any image hosting site (e.g. imgur.com or prnt.sc)  (https://help.tankionline.com/knowledge-bases/7/articles/2315-how-to-upload-an-image) and send it to us via this form.

 

Attention! The nickname you write on the piece of paper should be the same as the nickname you enter in the form!

 

Here are the prizes for each category:

• 1st place: A «Crisis» drone, 50 000 crystals and 30 containers;

• 2nd place: any Augment (of those available to buy for Crystals/Tankoins) of your choice, 40 000 crystals and 20 containers;

• 3rd place: any animated paint (available from containers) of your choice, 30 000 crystals and 15 containers;

 

Honourable mentions that do not make it into the top 3 will receive a consolation prize of 10,000 crystals and 5 containers each.
 

• Deadline for submissions is 15:00 UTC on September 23rd.

• Results will be published on September 25th during the day.

now wondering does it have to be outside or could we make a map to look like tanki map? and can kits be allowed....

Why don't you just FIX your game? I came back after 5 years of quitting. Overdrives are the strangest and dumbest thing I've seen this game add so far. What's the point of heavy hulls anymore? If a player presses shift they can kill me very quickly heavy hull or not. They are unnecessary, unbalanced, and do not fit the gameplay. Also, do you realize you have lost 90% of players in the past 5 years? I think I remember there being 50k+ players online everyday when I left in 2015. To close this comment, I had fun in the 2011 - 2015 years, I loved the game at that time. Now I do not like it anymore but I appreciate the fun I had.

well it looks like our answers to our questions wont be given until either after the contest window closes or either 2 days before it does. seen this in past events . so my answer to others is to do what you think is best and just enter anything .

its wrong for them not to give answers to our questions and to make this a outside event seeing most people are under lock down .

Hello Tanki, it is a little unclear what we (as gamers) are supposed to do to qualify for this contest, I want to get it right.

Is this a contest where we equip a hull and turret of our choice "In The Tanki Game" and then take a screenshot of our tank in a map of our choice? "In The Tanki Game", and then upload the computer screen shot to an image hosting platform? if I am incorrect, please correct me. If I am correct, please let me know.

No, it’s not supposed to be done in the game. Basically, we’re supposed to make a tank (for example, out of paper or cardboard) and bring it outside and put it in some kind of scenery (for example a street) and take a picture of the tank in the scenery. Then we upload that picture to the image hosting site. Hope this helps :)
