Premium account and game bugs

Question

Hi, my nickname is xaliilax! 

I have buyed premium account for 7 days and i wanted to complete my challenges in these 7 days! But due to issues with the game server (bugs) my game isn't even opening! And i know developers are working hard to fix it but i just want to request you guys to somehow pause my premium account, or it would be impossible for me to complete challenges without premium account!

As far as I know "pausing" your premium account is not possible. 

The developers are aware of the issue with the server and are doing their best to fix it. Meanwhile, you can try clearing your browser/client's cache and see if that helps you.

I am really sorry you had to face this issue. Sam thing  happened to my containers where I opened them and nothing came out.

What the only possible solution is to play in a different platform like Mobile or HTML. Also I dont think the developers will refund the premium time or the empty containers. 

Whats gone is gone. I spent a lot of time and hardwork to coplete those missions and it was completely useless. No asnwer from the tech support also
