Magnum controls

Hello tankers,
Today I wanna talk about the new magnum controls. In fact if you haven't noticed the magnum turret can't turn up-down anymore, instead it can turn left-right and has a costant angle of 12 degrees. With the  alterations magnum can still turn up-down, but it can't turn left-right. This modification has been done to make easier to control magnum in the mobile version, but it also removes the possibilities to shot at people with highground-lowground and makes it impossible to use viking's overdrive properly. So I thought that developers could add more inputs buttons to make computer players able to turn the turret both up-down and right-left, for example with mouse controls (x and y axis) or with WASD keys. Or maybe they could let player choose in the settings if they want the up-down or right-left controls. Obviously all this modifications wouldn't be available on the mobile version where magnum would be like it is now.

This option has been thoroughly considered even when Magnum was still in development, but in the end it was deemed unfitting. The tank controls must remain simple, so adding two more keys for controlling both rotation and elevation is not a viable option.

The Magnum really is controversy turret, seems some times it's OP, really no need of this turret in the game..

The first concept  was to make a turret can shot above the walls and buildings with two mechanics in control.... but after the edits the update the turret is meaningless especially when no need of it from the start

If magnum is so op, why so few use it? If it was so op as everyone claims, wouldnt everyone use it? I mean, i havent seen a lot of strikers, main reason is because its pretty garbage.
Some people like to play with physics. There are people who play tanki with unplugged keyboards, which means they cant move, so magnum user can just take free shots. They see a shot explode next to them and they continue to ignore the magnum user, stays in same place even tho magnum user knows the angle and the power they need to shoot with.

You neglect everything in my reply and make your focus in seems OP (not surely), though my reply wasn't about its OP or not... I talked no need of it.

Magnum also is popular and in every game you see one or two magnums,, magnum even isn't on the most unused turrets imo the most unused turrets are #1 Freeze #2 Twins #3 Striker #4 maybe Isida -- any other turrets than this four isn't in lack of users.

Btw, you can't argue with my sentence (seems OP) since Magnum can do damage more than Railgun a lot, and have splash damage that compensate its hard of use.. Though I said it seems and sometimes OP,, two words that mitigate OP word.

but now I can honourly say that Magnum is pure OP turret and not need just a nerf no it need to be removed
