Hello, tankers!

After the last Windows 10 update, laptop users with two graphic cards (built-in Intel/AMD graphics card and Nvidia graphics card) may experience some problems with the browser version of the game (such as FPS decreases) as Nvidia software cannot run your browser using the Nvidia graphics card without some changes in Windows settings.

What should I do to fix the problem?

  1. First option — Install our downloadable HTML5 client. It chooses to use the Nvidia graphics card automatically.

  2. Second option — You should choose the «High Performance» option for your browser in the Windows settings.

Our Helpers have prepared a short video guide showing what you should do to choose the «High Performance» option for your browser and enjoy playing your favourite game without any FPS problems.

I have an oof topic question, but i can't ask in the right page.... When will shooting button added back to mobile?

A new shooting button was added to mobile recently, as mentioned in the last V-LOG. However, the old shooting button is unlikely to return to mobile.

You can ask your questions in the Q&A section next time ?

i think this update was done by windows to save electricity bills.. 2 gpus = double the wattage required to run it

but its still pretty crap on their part.. people who dont know much about windows will now face very degraded performance even with general browsing

Maybe to say that they are saving the planet or to compensate all the resource hungry, data collecting, Windows 10 and it's programs.

I don't believe this actually be the case . Most ( near all ) know that they got a laptop with a other GPU then the 1 inside the processor that they need to force the GPU to turn on .  People who do buy laptops with dedicated GPU , do pay more for their laptop , and they do buy it because they play a game . It is good that Tanki sends out a item about it , just because the few who do not know , but it always has been a known factor . If you want to use you gpu in laptop , and it isnt doing it , you have to try to force it .
