Ideas for Hulls and Overdrives!

could critical hits be added so that if you hit a tanks tracks there is a chance to nock them off immobilising the victim (chance would differ depending on the gun)

Here's an idea.

It's called the Hummingbird.

It can't be controlled by the arrow keys. It only can be moved by the knockback force of the turret. 

It gains momentum very quickly going from speed 2-4 in one ricochet shot at m0. 2-5 at m1. 2-6 at m2. 2-8 at m3. You can stop it by hitting any arrow key. Its armor is approximately equal to a Viking's. It wouldn't lose momentum unless you hit an arrow key or run into a wall. Also shooting towards the direction you are going slows you down.

THATS A HORABLE IDEA HOW ARE U EVEN GOING TO KILL ANYONE WITHOUT GETTING KILLED!!??

hull with the size and speed (maybe a bit less) then hornet with the health of wasp(maybe a bit higher) (or health like hornet with a worse speed-like hunters) that can engage in repairs by itself

 

jf it was hit it woult take  130 percent of damige coused by that shot couse it is more vounarable while repairing

 

after repairs are stoped or finished it would have slight delay (like 0,50 seconds or somthing) before it can move to add more diversity

 

but there is a catch-it can repair only half of the total health(maybe a bit more) and when it is repairing it can only move with its turret to shoot

and the repair is stoped jf it gets hit (you can of course manualy stop it)

 

great for the guys that hit and run (railers,shafters),for the guys that like close quaters so when they get hit or upon finishing a engagement are almoast dead they can get the chacne to fight efectivly some other day and for those guys who get hit in a skirmish with someone and dont like being at the lover then max health-at the cost of theit abilitis while fighting

 

y would like to see this mplemented and it would be esey to inplemeni-couse we already have healing mechanic

EDIT-it would be nice for the teng to be longer then hornet(a bit) so it ads a distinctive look

a stealth hull that went partially invisible a few seconds after it stopped moving, but when it fired it becomes visible same goes for being shot. it would be a very weak hull and would be a little slower than the hornet. (turret would also go invisible because it would be useless if the was a floating turret)

what about the shaft? so u can pretty much snipe while being invisible? perfect for snipers then

newsflash: the part about the repair, thats why repair drugs exists 

drugs are expensive and overpowerd, ihis is esey emplement, many tankers like staying in the front lines as long a s posible ,

repair drug is OP,

 

maybe you dont like it couse it is good against rail but it is also good for rail

hey what about maglev hull? just it has no wheels and have less drag so it is hard to brake and accelarate instantly as compared to others?might its top speed be more than wasp.... :D  :D  :D  :D  :D

Then i have to buy new hulls :D

Actualy, i was already thinking to add hulls like SWAT tank (GTA SA) and it might look cool :D but they have to be weaker than wasp but way faster.

i have an idea

 

a new match type

can be named what ever the mods prefer

it would be the same as an ordinary match. at the start two or three players would be selected to control the "king tank" king tank would only spawn at the start of the match each player selected would control one section of the tank. the tank turrets would be dependant on what the players chose. it could include ctf or cp but no dm because the king tanks would be destroying its self. each section of the tank would have its own health bar king tank could have an isida but it could't heal itself. the front or middle player would control the tanks driving. match would have a short delay at the start for the players to pick their turrets

everything i didn't say is up to the mods

please consider my request

well I got a good idea for a hull this img. I used in two topics, the hull will be called Interceptor.

and is smaller than viking and stronger than Hunter and is a lot more durable for the big cannons, it has a great turning speed but is not fast and isn't more big than dictator, enough to protect from big guns.

it works great with mid-long range guns.

My idea of a new hull is a fast tank with decent armor like hunter called "Euphonious-stellar"

 

Strength: Very fast tank ( fast almost like wasp)

               Decent armor( good enough to survive in harsh war-zones)

                Looks good with any hull

               Light tank( it's weight is light like hornet)

Weakness: its speed gradually increase so when it reaches max( afteb10  seconds) , thats when you  are                      going faster than  hornet instead of regular fast tanks how they increase and reach max speed                       fast. NOTE: Stopping your tank while at max will reset your  speed to neutral so you may have to                  slow down which also affects your speed a bit

                 

                   Its Light weight might make your tank flip over if hit by a strong damage attack

                  

                Reason for new tank: I believe many tanki fans and pros want fast tanks with good armor                               compared to hornet it dies very easily in battle for its armor is low whereas Hunter has decent                      armor but its speed still not the best so adding this together with some balance aspects can make                  battles for funner.

No, because its specially design and built for a balance tank in combat, if you notice above i out a message how it graduallly increase its speed so you dont go faster than hornet until 10 seconds in which you must accelarate continuosly to reach high speed andif you drive normally without gradually driving straight or just stop a lot you will go near hunter's speed.

This would only be effective with twins.ricochet or maybe smoky

It would be interesting to see Hunter reworked so that it looks the same forward and backward.

For some reason, it just doesn't fit in with the other Hulls, maybe it's just me......

probably just you because there are other hulls like titan and mammoth isn't the same forwards and backwards but oddly normal but i have to agree in hunter having a new look probably less block like the other hulls.
