category Ideas for Hulls and Overdrives!

Hi!
 
Tanki Online hulls is based on speed/armor and weight/power means nothing in this game what might be changed.
 
You think those my suggested hulls have special abilities what other hulls dont have? Well yeah that makes each of them unique.

Wasp
Fastest tank in the game and nothing can catch up with it.

hornet
Fast tank wich can drift but also has decent protection. Drifting is REALY useful.

Hunter
its almost a light hull. on m3 it can jump across monte carlo jumps.
It has good armor and speed. Good for users who like speed but needs some armor too.

Viking
Useful in parkour as being the lowest hull in game+ it has good stability and its hard to knock hes aim.

dictator
The only triangle shape hull in game. it dont have any unique things. just a thing when it can shoot where other hulls cant.

Titan
Powerful, fast heavy hull what has good protection, speed,power

Mammoth
Big elephant with fur. Realy destructive.

This proves, TO hulls already have some stuff what others dont have.
So here is my suggestion.

Ocelot
Tank with 4 tracks for acceleration and decent speed. it can go on top of tanks smoothly. it wont have advantages to get on them, but move when they are on top of them.
It can drive how all tanks before psyhics update came. Tank didnt stopped when trying to go on wall how it happens now. That meant it can be realy useful.

Horc
Powerfull tank
Meant for clearing up blocked roads.
It can push 1 titan 5m/3sec but it dont have such a good health and it can be pushed away sideways pretty easy.

Zeus
Fast&tall tank but bad turning speed (Cant turn if standing in the same location.) To turn, you need to move whole tank. it will teach beginners how to use turret.

Storm
Fast with bad acceleration (Slow start and moving faster and faster)
meant for fast and suprize attacks on enemy base. Go- get flag and run away without stopping.
It spawns with the same speed as mammoth and after 10-15 seconds it gains the speed of (wasp+hornet) / 2 and it has health of (hunter+viking) / 2
When it has reached max speed, after crashing into titan, it can push it for 5m before its speed goes down back to mammoths speed.

Spider
Heavy and slow tanks.
Meant for blocking roads. It doesnt have power so it cant push even dictator but its so heavy that even 2 titans cant push it. Its easy to push him fowards/backwards but hard to push it sideways.

Before you judge, immagine clan wars with those hulls. Each member could use its own hull. Example, get horc to clear up enemy base and free up the way for teamate with storm.
Those hulls are for more strategic gameplay.
They wont destroy current game because allot of players will like current hulls- Stability, Drifting, Speed, Armor, and other stuff what current hulls provides to you.

Sorry about that. Maybe when you're on the move you have armor of hornet, but speed of dictator.

Not necessarily a new idea for a hull, and this could potentially be a lot of work for graphics design, but as you upgrade parameters on your hull, the tank looks more armored or sleek and fast depending on the nature of the tank. It would just add more variety to the game and I think it would be awesome. Thanks for reading!

I was always wondering, why is there only 4 XT hulls in the game? Is it because that most players preferred those specific hulls?

 

Ideas for additional XT hulls:

 

-Titan XT M3:

-Look: Like the M3, but with greek golden ivory shapes on the sides (hence the name Titan), golden plates near front of the tracks,and maybe more ivory shapes on the front and/or back.

 

-Dictator XT M3:

-Look: Additional gold plates and/or gold elements on existing plates for M3, additional jewel elements on the plates.

 

The reason for why I haven't listed Hunter is that it is really hard to think of more ideas to put on.

I have a design.

 

I call it "THE SHOE" (I know, the name doesnt sound very good) maybe i can call it "Bolt" Sorry for stealing ur name -_- . Do you guys have a another better name for this hull?

 

It's a mix from "Dictator" and  "Hornet".

 

It's actually a "Hornet" with the a new concept

and the speed or weight is from "Viking".

 

"The Shoe" (or how you call it) is modern, strong, strictly and stable like the  "Viking".

 

The hull does have 2 headlights by a M1 like in the drawing.

About your "Shoe". Hornet is a light hull, and if you make it higher, that kind of hull would be very unstable. It could easily be flipped.

But on the drawing 70% (approximately) of "The Shoe" looks like a Hornet. And when you also compare the size of the equipped Thunder with "The Shoe".

 

So I concluded, based on the drawing, that this is a light hull.

The hull isnt so very light as the Wasp or Hornet, more the weight and speed from a Viking.
