Ideas for Hulls and Overdrives!

The overall shape and build, it looks almost exactly like Viking.

Middle of this hull is square with 1 cylinder in each side.

Tracks are cylinders and squares too.

Dear! Hi Tankers!


 


I do post this again... :p 


I have a design.


 


I call it "THE SHOE" (I know, the name doesnt sound very good) maybe i can call it "Bolt" Sorry for stealing ur name  -_- . Do you guys have a another better name for this hull?


 


It's a mix from "Dictator" and  "Hornet".


 


It's actually a "Hornet" with the a new concept


and the speed or weight is from "Viking".


 


"The Shoe" (or how you call it) is modern, strong, strictly and stable like the  "Viking".


 


The hull does have 2 headlights by a M1 like in the drawing.

i have got an idea for a new hull

 

it is longer in length like marmmoth but  is wide as hornet

turrent: will be located in middle

name: stringe

price: 1000 crystals

protection: 100

speed: 6

turning speed:55

weight: 800

power: 900

its chain will be visible from below and up

its chain will be half of other tanks chain but will be two on each side,separetly

its height will be medium

i will post the pic after tomorrow

What about a hull that is so OP that you need to have a premium account and A LOT of crystals to buy like the XT equipment but much more expensive and much better in every way.(And you can only buy it at generalissimo). :)

As we know, most of the hulls and turrets are in modern style (I know some of the turrets don't), that means styles that close to the one in 21st century. However, as you keep introducing new items, you will find out you are running out of idea because you are limited to modern style which you cannot make your idea too unrealistic. While I suggest the tanki online changes its theme to future style, with following benefits:

 

Appearance of hulls, turrets and map will be cooler (appearance is very important, as I think the tank we have now is kind of too ordinary)

 

Ideas of all aspects will have no limitations

 

Also, I suggest to add an ability system (kind of), which an ability can be activated in a short period of time by pressing a key on the keyboard during the battle. Some of the abilities as follow:

 

Overload: Increase the damage deal to your enemy but slowly losing your health at the same time.

Juggernaut: Increase the defense (or armor) but slowing your tank down at the same time

Flash: Increase the speed of your tank but decrease your defense (or armor) at the same time

Stealth: Turn into invisible (not exactly 100%), and become visible when you are firing, being attacked,  capturing the point and carrying the flag. Take double damage if you are being attacked when the ability is activated.

Tanki looks absolutely beautiful with m3s., m0's look kinda depressing though..

I tought it too, I posted it first on the wrong topic but here is what I tought about it.

I also tought to make the turret place in the back of the tank like you see in my images. http://imgur.com/a/laEe2

 

The hull is called "Bastion" and will be a middle heavy hull. (Like viking and dictator)

What is so nice about this hull is that it has 4 tracks!!

That makes the hull a lot more slower to turn.

Yhea XT is a bit better and it has a lower turning speed then mammoth because of it 4 tracs.

If the four tracks make it slower to turn, then why would you even want this hull? What I'm seeing is pretty much a Hunter, but with a slower turning speed, and higher weight. Nobody would buy it, because the extra weight isn't worth scraping against every wall while midfielding or having to take a 3-point turn to make it around tight corners.

Huge tank with quite a lot of hitpoints and its nearly impossible to push sideways but as its so huge and heavy in contact with other tanks hes engine gets weaker and cant realy push anyone while spider can be pushed from front/back.

This hull is perfect as barricades but instead, this time its alive, it can move slowly and shoot. Also useful as shield for teamates where team can hide from freeze/firebird/shaft and other turrets.

Wheelie Tank

 

This is not an actual tank that stands on its back wheels :excl:

 

Wheelie Tank is a tank that has decently sized tank tracks in the back of the hull

and wheels in the front to guide it.

 

Since Tanki Online cannot make things complicated the wheels on the front wouldn't turn.

 

This tank would look like those army semi-trucks you would see in cold snowy weather and harsh terrain.

 

It wouldn't have a cover in the back and the front would look close to that of a hornet.

 

The hull would be faster than a Hornet but have a big turn radius but have slightly higher armor.

 

It cannot turn without moving either.

 

As you upgrade it more the wheels get stronger and a shield comes down over them.

 

At m3 the wheels in the front would be covered past half way and would have vents in them.

 

This hull would be big as a hunter and be able to be flipped over easily like a Hornet.

      Wasp S1-Normal wasp(no variation) 

      Wasp S2-(in case of speed needed) A variation where you trade Armour for speed (it looks less Armour plated)

      Wasp S3-(in case of Armour needed) A variation where you trade speed for Armour (it looks more chubby with Armour plates)

    

   Same idea for each hull :)

 

   It would be cool that you can chose how much Armour or speed(with limits obviously) you want to use in battle for each hull

Pretty much Hull alterations.  Great Idea :) that I know a lot of players would appreciate, but the devs say they are not planning any hull alterations atm.

How about we add a hull the exminatetor

 

It will be like the size of an hunter but fatter from the bottom and remove the two irons that are in the hunter and be a bit tin and make it the size of an dictor but make it a bit shorter that's my suggestion
