Ideas for Hulls and Overdrives!

You weren't supposed to give the total amount of time you've been with the game. You were supposed to answer how long you played during that time you came back 2 months ago.

I answered the question you asked, not the one you think you asked.

9 months... what?

I STOPPED PLAYING THE GAME 7 WEEKS AGO.  PERIOD.   I never claimed anything else.

when activated your size enlarges. Your range of damage increases and you can move faster because your taking more space and you can also push more.

Imagine a large tank penetrated you base .

This overdrive will be active for 7 seconds. 7 seconds not to much and not to less

Anyway but what benefit you are gonna get by increasing your size? Especially this for an overdrive and this alone for an entire overdrive is kinda.... kinda weak. What do you think?

You shrink and your faster than before, hard to get destroyed because your a small target.

7 seconds , it has a concentrated shot and it's damage range might be low but it will have strong blow. The blow will be small.

I honestly prefer it being similar to this because it's really annoying when you wanna do something in battles but then all of a sudden your enemies activate a special ability that turns them GodMode and they either kill you instantly or they become unkillable unless you spend money/tankcoins/grind your life out unlocking hull and turret augments - the good ones that is. Otherwise, you gotta be lucky enough that your overdrive is charged up and not jammed.


Not gonna lie, with the past two years of overdrives gradually getting massive buffs due to the introduction of status effects that everything seems to share nowadays being tacked on to every overdrive in an effort to persuade people to spend their money on hull augments, it has really taken all the "skill" out of the game. As stated above, if there's a "weak" overdrive, I'd honestly prefer it stay as it is and every other overdrive gets their power nerfed so the game becomes more enjoyable and much less annoying since it will then lower our chance of dying so quickly in battles before we can do much.

I like the idea of shrinking, but that wouldnt make u less likelly to get shot. Only less likely to notice. Meele to close range turrets will have no trouble hitting u. And even to the rest it wouldnt make much of a difference. Especially to the homming in ones like sriker, guass etc.

If hopper can't receive any big nerfs, at least give the damn thing a delay before jumping so that we have a better chance of countering it.

Tweaked the title a bit. Also replaced needs with nerfs as the prior one doesn't make any sense. >.<

Big nerfs? It already got HUGE nerfs. Downvoted.

What NEEDS to be nerfed is Viking.

Mammoth and Crusader are runner-ups for their huge recharge speed

The lists of nerfs it got

- Acceleration

-Its retention

-Reverse acceleration 

-Lost its ability to instantly charge after capture

-Has a cooldown after capture

-straf speed

-The stun down to 1 second Practically useless now since the stun was also nerfed. 

-its jump is terrible without a speed boost

-it now has a slow start like a medium hull when moving

The only way a hopper can compete now if it had crisis defender or trickster. But other than these drones, it cannot single handedly dominate in battle.

And I thought you were already done stating your opinion about hopper. Lol.

While that is true, it still allows for possibilities for it to do what its been doing.

Best solution is to rebalance the drones not the hull its self. But to be fair the amount of nerfs I have listed does hinder it a lot. And to be usable in battle you do need those three drones.

The Elite Yellow Force needs to use something like Hunter with no burning and stunning augment as well as a weaker drone like Mechanic and a turret like Striker, Twins, Ricochet, and Vulcan (or something "melee) in order to truly see how annoying Hopper is in the game right now.
