Hello everyone !

 

I had some ideas if you were thinking of designing a new hull;

A hull called ' Flash ', it could be solid looking, with a plow at the front of it. With the plow its could have the ability to flip or turn other players over by charging at them. The reason it would be called ' Flash ' is because it would have lights on the front and side of the hull, the lights will be red when the player is on the red team and blue for when on the blue team, and maybe green when in a single player death match.

It would probably only be able to flip light hulls and maybe medium hulls. This idea is a great idea but would probably break the game, every other hull does not have abilities like the "flash" so it would somewhat limit the players to either using the "flash" becuase of its ability to flip other tanks or they would choose Titan or Mammoth Becuase they can not be flipped.

Summary

 

Lights are equipped on every hull at M3 and M3+. This means that hulls at M0, M1, and M2 do not have blue lights on them.

I would add a hull same size as hornet and wasp but with the armor and weight of a viking or dictator. It would be useful for players using shaft or magnum as they could fit in the same small places as a wasp while can't be killed so easily. The speed of this hull would be like a titan's or dictator's.

Alright, so I have been told there have been no new hulls added to the game because we have pretty much all we need, each hull having a totally different use and role in battle. To come up with something totally new isn't really in the cards and to bridge the gap between lights/mediums and mediums/heavies isn't really of any interest for the devs.

 

But come on! We've had all these hulls since the beginning of the game! Maybe one or two have been added, because I don't know much about that far back in times where firebird had blue fire.

 

My idea is simple - to make things interesting, to not see the same stuff anymore, to bring in something new! Basically make one or two more lights, heavies and mediums, but with slightly different specs but totally new looks! I'm sure any tanker here would love to test out a new tank after so many years!

This is NOT mine but I'm using it as an example. This hull could be a light hull - wide but flat and fast! Maybe in between Hornet and Wasp in speed but slightly more armor than both - Maybe the M0 gets 1,250 hp? Being wide as it is, it won't be easy to zoom this guy around but have amazing stability against being shot because of how flat it is - impossible to flip over unless it falls. Now, of course, it can't be THIS flat xD

 

I'm going to be frank - these simple shaped hulls we've had for so long are getting boring. Tanki is getting older and as time goes on, people make their stuff better, cooler looking. This hull could be the first step!

 

I know it's much easier to come up with new ideas for turrets but lets give hulls some love and add another to the family!

Devs say it most likely won't happen because it's easier to come up with a new idea for turrets than hulls because there's really no room to make something totally new. But, I think we just need more hulls with slightly different specs but with totally new looks! I mean, the hulls we have now are just plain in style and boring. We've been stuck with em for so many years. So, there could be two more lights/heavies and one more medium hull added to the game so four of each.

 

I think most players will agree that we just want hulls with a new, more interesting looks, with more unique shapes. Something futuristic or alien looking! Or maybe with a more realistic look in general but of course keep the same graphics quality lol. In all seriousness, I'm bored of seeing the same seven few hulls everyday.

 

Here is a picture of a game I used to play and what a couple of the tanks look like:

 

 

I'm sure players would love, love, LOVE to see uniquely styled hulls like these, with cooler names! The tank to the left is the Spider sr5n which has quite a nice ring to it. Makes me feel good to say it and that's the same tank I used when I played. I would be so glad to see some new hulls. They might not have their own respective uses like the other hulls, but as of now, I think what most players want; is a new look.
