You can only be Juggernaut 1 time per match

I think this would be a fair way to allocate Juggernaut time. If the Juggernaut player cannot use the combo, then it benefits the team if that player does not wind up becoming Juggernaut again. Additionally, if some one plays extremely well with the Juggernaut, then this way they don't get to hog it for the whole game. It's just annoying when a player who cannot use the combo gets to be Juggernaut multiple times for no real reason.

Actually when I play Quick battles and they put me in JGR I leave immediately... 

First when I play CTF or CP it's not like when I play jgr, JGR is differ completely from other game modes... like when I play Tanki games and they put me immediately in Minecraft suddenly.

jgr has a particular playing style and combo, so I'm not ready to play jgr at any time

I was also thinking about suggesting this idea, but there is one problem: what happens when most of the players were JGRs, and the rest ones are camping, and no one kills them? No juggernaut in one team for one minute?

Self-destruct them ?

But to be honest, I think a good option would be to have a small pop-up in a corner saying "you're about to be juggernaut, press Enter (or whatever key) to cancel", and if they don't cancel, they will SD and become juggernaut. If they do cancel, it goes to the next person until it starts cycling through those who were alrready juggernaut before, and they get a second chance. This also kills two birds with one stone and gives players abiluty to opt out of being juggernaut in case that's not something they want to do — this is an idea @DieselPlatinum suggested (if I recall correctly).

Oh yeah. Forgot that I suggested that. Time sure flies when you don't think about tanki. Lol.
