I know Flash is outdated, but why can't developers make HTML5 be as good or even better than Flash? They've been working on the Flash version for 10 years and now they just throw it in the trash? Couldn't they copy the interface from Flash and make it more modern while keeping it's handiness?

Agree with you... but I must to clear something for you or you miss to write...

First, true Flash have 11 years and HTML5 is new, but don't forget that Flash from its first years it have these advantages like access the chat when you in Garage etc...

So it's not a comparison between 11 years vs new HTML5

Also as the devs said, HTML5 worked very good in powerful PCs and awkwardy in old PCs, and as I tested it I agree with them 100%, HTML5 worked way more better than Flash in good PCs

Tanki designed the Flash version with that design because that what flash allowed him to do,

And the HTML5 interface is made from the possibilities that HTML5 engine gives.

Flash gave us that old complicated design (I see it's very appropriate for wargames)

They can simulate the Flash interface in the new HTML5, but it will be just a fake simulation not a real flash,
