regarding some stuff which i want to clarify whether its legal acc to game rules or not

so i have seen many tanki youtubers for ex winter, who play in flash and they use these skin textures which changes the look of the normal mk7 skins it can make them look like ultra, xt or anything even tanki x skin is also possible but the only thing is that skin is only visible to the one using textures others would see our turret as the default what is was before and the one using textures will see his skin and to him the other guys using same turret or hulls will also have same look if they are using plain mk7.......so i want to know whether using this textures to give superb looks for ourselves is allowed to use in the game or not? are the tanki developers against it or is it against rules or is it totally fine to use them??so can i also try it out and maybe play with my illusive railgun ultra if i somehow get that particular texture which i desire the most  .

Usually, it's not allowed as it goes against the rules. But, as mentioned in V-Log number 222 - "A quick note - it's okay to edit in-game graphics on your screen, as long as you do it to create entertaining videos. If you abuse it in any way, you're gonna get whacked, so don't."
