Developers who respond to your messages.

A lot of players are fed up with not being heard about their opinions. I know the moderators say they will pass on our ideas, our complaints, but for the player it's like talking to a wall. I would like the developers to respond to our messages. I know they are very busy. we don't ask them to answer all the messages but at least some. Focus only 1/2 hour a week in the community and talking to them. we do not also want pre-recorded messages like "we will study your request" but real responses with the reason for the comment. It will be a real plus for tanki online with developers responding to us and attentive players who know that the developers will do anything to correct these issues.I think all players will agree with me. We are fed up with bogus answers, it's been years and years that we notice these problems "book of complaints". Now we want answers from the developers!

I assume your idea of response to feedback implies that one of the developers will be replying to comments on the forum, right? I'd love to have that too, but unfortunately the forum is a platform with very limited outreach, meaning that only a tiny percentage of active players visits the forum at all, and an even smaller percentage actively reads news threads. What good would it do if developers engaged in replying to feedback when only 30 or so people will see their response?

For that reason, developers instead occasionally hold livestreams with the sole purpose of answering player questions. That way they will be able to reach thousands of players at once, as well as have all their answers collected in one single video, rather than as a bunch of different posts spread in various threads across the forum. It is the same with many companies you do not speak directly with the developers but via the helpline.
The book of complaints is to record the complaints and for other players to see, they could just purge it once in a while, they don't so that is why is is big.
They can't really engage with every players (even if the level is currently low ?).
You can still send questions to the helpline directly, or leave them on the youtube thread of the last v-log, some (the top one) get answered regularly in the next V-log. You can also leave comments/questions on their social media platforms and the android apps too.
