Is this a bug, or is my account glitched?

I can't show any evidence, but my account has "Show notifications" on, but when I ask my friends to invite me to a group, they say that I need to turn my invites on. Like I said, I have it on in my Settings, but I don't see the notification, nor see an invite. It is odd. 

Is this a bug, or is my account glitched.

I am currently using the HTML5 Client. Is this not an option to enable yet?

Hello, please try to disable the show notification icon and enable it again, and ask your friend to try again. The button can be found in the settings here:

 

If your issue isn't solved, try to clear the cache. A guide can be found here

Sometimes invites are not being sent due to a bug, it happens to me almost every single day. Reopening the client should fix that.

I have the Show Notifications box checked, but I never receive invites even though I know I am getting them. I know my clan members aren't trolling me. When someone invites me, It says, "(Player) has disabled invites"

Refreshing the Client does not solve it. I tried it like 5 times.
