What happened to this?

This alteration used to pop on the unlocked items interface whenever i ranked up to like sergeant major or some rank, and it waws last year i assume, but i'd like to see that in-game, And it actually looks nice :) "I know it's unreleased stuff, but is there a reason behind it"

The item itself is enabled to be shown whenever you rank up to whatever rank it is supposed to be unlocked at, but it doesn't actually exist physically in the game, at least in the public main servers.  It's just an image.

you have all of these programs for montage and you didn't know how to take screenshot

not only for isida, but there are also unreleased augments for firebird, freeze, shaft, twins and magnum on this page
