In 2017, Tanki introduced Black goldboxes, which was something new that came alongside Black friday.
In 2018 they gave the ability to buy any game skin from the shop, as well as releasing Twins XT.
In 2019, they introduced a new drone "hyperion" as well as re-texturing Thunder and viking prime skins.

I understand that Technically, Black Friday is a worldwide shooping sales event, But in Tanki it's sort of an event in which they introduce something new, or give a new feature that wasn't in the game before, and they've done it as listed above each year, but this year, it's just unimpressive.

All 3 of above features are related to the purchase of in-game items and the games economy. Adding a festive map liike you suggested has little to do with the overall event. Besides, taking into account recent updates, introduction of Ares and Hopper, anticipation of the new Tesla-turret and upcoming changes to the games graphics, I do think that any addition of new items was unneeded

It is a very positive surprise that there will be double funds without double experience. This gives hope that Tanki might finally leave the dead road into the swamp of instant gratifications and quick achievements, which it has been following on for much too long, for the benefit of a sustainable path designed for mentally healthy players and customers instead.
