That is a mistake on your part.

The game cannot keep on refunding stuff every time a turret/augment gets reworked.

In itself, the consumer pays for a service he has chosen. If there is a material change, there is breach of contract because it does not respect the basic agreement and the company has to reimburse the consumer for the major modification of the contract.

Never have i felt so compelled to complain about TO. What have you done to shaft? That is the most pointless update you have ever produced. Remember the railgun in the old days - it was sublime but I never complained when you nerfed that. However with shaft, you have made a weapon that could be usefull in some situations (in some maps a shaft just doesn't work at all) and made it entirely unworkable in any battle format. I have tried playing with it still and its UTTERLY unuseable. As soon as I took a shot, I was swarmed by enemies or had to park up hidden for so long, I was out the game and not scoring! Thank you for introducing the death of the shaft - that is so appreciated

i have a complaint on this thread people just complain cause they suck at the game

im in 10 months from legend 2 with thunder and fire mk7-0 and wasp viking mk-0 and 3 prots 35% now a legend 40 with full mk8 hulls and turrets and all prots 45% + 4 at 50%

[no tesla no crusader from will to no buy them]

im not a buyer buy i spent on the game 70-90$ on my 2 accs combined

just try to play good and not just complain on buyers improve slowly and manage your crystals good

any one that try that for real can be good

Pro Tip: any rapid fire turret is stronger against protectios so if all match has prots against your garage turrets use rapid fire like vulcan or twins  or rico

The point is, in Tanki you do not buy anything. If you pay, you donate some of your money to the devs. Nothing in your account or even the account itself is yours. The Devs merely "let you use it" but tecnically it's not your property. This is why they can change/balance any equipment, ban accounts or even close the game in certain regions (like what happened in Netherlands/Belgium)

I wonder how many players know this stuff, it is explained in the EULA but of course no one ever reads it. They donate a bunch of money but without any certainty about the future. 

Buying a game online for any price is a very different matter, that digital (or phyisical) good will be yours forever.

There is no clause in the contract between TO and players (EULA) that forbids that. Moreover, that is an absurd clause in general - it would effectively mean that no service provider could ever modify their service, for better or for worse, because there would always undoubtedly be some group of consumers who would oppose that change.

Then you have distorted the game with the various flying chariots, which does not exist in reality, and you pass but now not happy you have distorted the function of the shaft, one of the few chariots that had preserved the true essence of the game. If you do not want to lose a considerable number of players, make it return as before and at least remove the laser because if it were kept that way, all this would mean your willingness to make this armament disappear. The players who use it cannot be considered as slaughter fodder to favor those who disliked it. Always remember player - satisfied customer brings good publicity, new players and more income, player - dissatisfied customer poor advertising, fewer players and therefore less revenue.

Yopur just putting more errors on top of existing eroors, with corrupy sub routines...  Its gettin a joke, and your expecting people topay top dollar, and even a 400% increase in prices from last year, with an even worse game performance...

Suprised your even trading with that business logic, and you want us to promote the game ?.... Just fix the lagg, so it is playable..

Here is the announcement regarding changes to shaft. As mentioned these changes are unnecessary, senseless  and uncalled for.

• Shaft:

  • Energy per arcade shot (eng) has been decreased from 250 to 0 eng;

  • Sniping shot reload time has been increased from 3-5 to 10 seconds; 

  • Regular Arcade damage (hp) has been decreased from 335-670 to 290-580 hp; 

  • Critical Arcade damage (hp) has been decreased from 490-980 to 340-680 hp;

  • Range of max damage (m) has been increased from 20-30 to 40-60 m; 

  • Range of min damage (m) has been increased from 30-40 to 50-70 m; 

  • Horizontal aiming speed (deg/sec) has been increased from 15-30 to 20-40 deg/sec.

    • The key change here is that arcade shots no longer consume energy. Earlier, both arcade and sniping shots consumed energy. You could only use the arcade shot if you had enough energy to shoot. Now it’s similar to Tesla, where you can still use the arcade mode and deal damage to opponents, but at no cost to the energy, even when the turret is still reloading.

• Shaft’s «Heavy Capacitors» augment:

  • Sniping shot reload time has been increased by 10%.

• Shaft’s «Light Capacitors» augment:

  • Sniping shot reload time has been decreased by 10%.

• Shaft’s «Rapid-Fire Mode» augment:

  • No longer increases sniping shot reload time.

@Spy opening new accounts is a waste even without three protection modules how do they think non buyers can go on in the game everybody asked a fourth one so that they can use but I can bet that only 25% of them have it or even less. !can that be removed or else tanki will loose even more players!
