At this point this is just sad.

I wonder how you passed your courses at college.

You must have bribed the professors, but considering it's common in third world countries it sounds legit. Fix this everyone is fuming and rightfully so.

Paying you this ridiculous money and you cannot even ensure stable servers?! Come on!!

tanki is only playable when it's either 11:59 pm onwards or in early morning hours, i hope the compensation is worth all the supplies and wasted time/missed gold boxes/containers due to lag

Hopefully the server issues will be fixed soon... and a decent apology compensation will be given when it's over.  To me the game is unplayable right now - every match crashes instantly or after a couple of minutes.

Where are the mods and admins to inform people about the serious problems? You made an announcement 2 days ago that you face technical problems........2 days after problems are worst and everybody is hiding.

Just inform your customers.....many of them pay to play........that you are incompetent to solve the problem and to may be try again next week

The amount of crystals and supplies I have lost due to server problems, so battles dont finish, is absolutely incredibly high. I cannot believe that the whole weekend was ruined. Pathetic!

I guess you have no clue how Ping works! To a certain extent it does not  depend on speed (which is throughput) but on Latency (how long it takes for the signal to get to the server and back). Obviously if you have a fast internet connection, you would expect a lower ping. However, if the network you are going through (various routers thought the internet) have problems you will have issues with ping. Moreover, if the server is overloaded and it cannot send an ICMP Echo reply fast enough, you will see high ping rates.  In the case of Tanki since my ping to various other servers is very low and Tanki is very high (ridiculous HIGH 6,000 and more) and since there are many players complaining about high ping, it must be that the Tanki servers are overloaded.  The servers are running out of resources, either due to bad programming, bad hardware (server or routers) or a DDoS attack.  The bad thing is that Tanki cannot figure out for over 4 days what is going on in order to fix it or they do know and have no clue on how to fix it. In either case, the Tanki organization validates their known incompetence once more.

I believe it may have to do with restrictions in some countries on Russian companies. Of course, I have no idea if this is the case. I did see @numericable comment earlier that Tanki’s servers are located in the Netherlands.

It could be but Wargaming that owns World of Tanks and World of Warships is a Belarussian  owned company that has similar restrictions and it does not have these issues.  Either way, whatever the issue may be, Tanki is not coming clean and they do not provide any updates as to what it is going on. Instead they let the players hang there in the dark.

Part of me believes that these server issues are a direct result of Providence (or karma or whatever name it has) punishing the devs for all the terrible updates they've given to a loyal playerbase thus far.......on the game's Birthday celebration at that. Very intriguing.

Game is unusable.

Either doesn't load, or when it does you cause no damage to other tanks, and then it crashes after 2-3 minutes of game time.

Hitting refresh just makes it sit on the loading screen not doing anything.

Sorry that this happened for you.

I guess that this can be used as an example of what could happen to other players aswell. So maybe it's best to avoid buying or upgrading things until the server issues are fixed.

I'll make a thread somehere to hopefully warn more players about this.

Tanki Pls stop giving us excuses, u said that the bugs will be fixed earlier but nothing is happening. i was kicked from all the games played in this week-end. I lost crystales at upgrading my turrets . Really a sad 13th birthday ( RIP TANKI -_-).

Ah, well I assumed you meant something immaterial/untestable/supernatural (along the lines of superstition, since you mentioned Providence and karma).
