you can, proxies can be used as well. i have been using Opera for a while now, which has an in-built proxy, and it functions well. If people want to browse more safely or think to use the internet anonymously then purchasing a vpn operates best.

But i spend all my time for nothing, just because they won't agree with the law and solve their own problems.

It's stupid that they are doing this to us.

Just dumping the Dutch en Belgium people, it is crazy to do that.

And I understand that it isn't against the law to block IP-adresses, but this is not fair, I spend 3 Years 8 hours a day, to build 4 strong and high acc's without spending money, and then they do this...........

Yes I can, but my account is set on EU server (like most of ya dudes are) Ok, there is a separate server for Tanki in mainland China, but then because of the combination of debatable updates plus the nigh-impossible requirements to even register an account to play on that server, it's pretty much a ghost-town. I mean, Chinese server definitely have its own peak but can't be compared to EU server.

Oh there are also restrictions based on your age. Meaning if you are 12 yr old or younger, at the most you may only play this game for an hour in a day. And you can't log in after 9 p.m CST. 

There are more to say though.

IDK man, Alternativa technically broke the gambling law on anywhere across the globe. I mean they could just disable purchasing containers within Dutch/Belgian IP but then they decided to go for the hard way.

I mean 3 years wasted yes, but not your dollars. I knew some dudes spent time and their dollars on this game and they felt (not necessary everyone) cheated by Alternativa's decision.

Yeah, that's what I mean. They can't pull off the service for 2 country for a single problem, just take of the containers from the shop or temporarily the entire shop.

Hi everybody!

As you know I am from the Netherlands! I spent like 300$ on this game now I got a notificatioin that I can not play Tanki Online from The Netherlands. Do I get a refund or? What and who should I contact about this issue? Of course if I can play the game then I don't have to get a refund, it is just unfair that all the money now just goes wasted.

You should read back in this topic, it was discussed before. I recommend you to install the opera web browser, which has a built in "VPN" and you can play the game.

As @mjmj5558 already mentioned, you should read a bit back in this topic for clarification and additional information. You are most likely to find answer to your question in this thread. 

Either way, to put things short, you can download the browser Opera and install it on your laptop/computer for free. This browser has an in-built proxy that masks your computer's IP-address of the request to the resource server, in other words your computer's IP cannot be tracked; this allows you to keep playing Tanki Online. However proxies tend to be not too reliable, so do not log into any important sites or share personal data (e.g. bank account) on Opera. 
Another way to keep playing this game is by downloading a VPN, an advanced and more reliable system that hides your IP-address too. Having said that, safe VPNs do require a paid subscription so unless you consider browsing anonymously on a daily basis it is not worth investing in one. 

More information about proxies and VPNs can be found on the internet. Best is to find out about it yourself a bit more

i now use Opera. it has a free VPN and you can play as much as you want. it works perfect. 

Tanki blocked BL and NL users because of gambeling law in these countries that forbids containers, coinboxes, ultra containers, 

however more and more counties are (SLOWLY) banning these things. so tanki will either have to change something or ban all the players from country's who forbid it.

Can't you change the mechanics of containers (for The Netherlands and Belgium) just like fifa did? Or remove the containers from the game for those countries.
