When I collect my ultra containers from special mission and open them they can't open then I restart my account I cannot find any containers.this happen today and tommorow

What happens after you reload the game? Are the containers still there or do they disappear?

Oh! This happens to me as well.

Basically, if you got poor/unstable internet, the container won't look like it opened, but in reality, your account receives the items inside the container.

However, since you won't know exactly what you got, you need to check all of your paints, turret alterations, hull augments, skins, supply counts, crystal counts, etc to see what was obtained. And yes, it can be a pain, so I just forget about it and only check it for the equipment I use, in case I got a new shot effect for my Striker, or etc.



Of course, this is what I know from my experience, but who knows? Your problem may be entirely different.

Nah,I don't get anything but I from 1 cont I get mines only mines increased first they was 1500 something not they are 1600 something so how can I get back 1 container?

yeah, I got the same issue today with 2 ultra containers on mobiles, bad programming if you ask me.

One time I observed a strange Augment in my Smoky, though I haven't purchase it or opened a container with that. So I tend to consider it as one of the containers I opened with the same of your glitch.

Hello Tanki. 

I lost 15 container while I was opening.
I have 42 container and there are only 12 containers left after 15 containers opened. 15 containers were missing.

Please let me know why they lost and how can I get back my containers.
