Infinite loading unable to play

Question

 

Hi!

I can't get into the game, the game doesn't load, it's just loading and never enters.

I can't log in via the browser.

I can't get through the client.

I've done everything in my power and I couldn't solve it.

I've tried in several browsers, I've cleared the cache, my internet is very fast, I have a good computer with lots of memory

I need an answer from tanki online, I play for 5 years I invest money in the game, I really like the game, but the game is not providing me with a good experience

I've read all this for me to ask here on the forum is because I've tried all these alternatives. Anything that is written in the tutorial is a basic thing I already did, and nothing solved it.

Try:

Restarting your PC, close all other windows you have up. 

Unplug ethernet cable for at least 10 seconds, and plug back in. (Checking connection speed)

Clear Cache of Tanki Online. You are on Windows so go to Task Manager and see how much of your Hard Drive is taken up.

Uninstall the game, and reinstall.

Desconecte o cabo Ethernet por pelo menos 10 segundos e conecte-o novamente. (Verificando a velocidade da conexão)

Limpe o Cache do Tanki Online. Você está no Windows, então vá para o Gerenciador de Tarefas e veja quanto do seu disco rígido está sendo usado.

Desinstale o jogo e reinstale.
