Is Juggernaut Literally Unstoppable? (Not invincible)

I was using Hunter and its overdrive to stop the Juggernaut in place, but when I used it within range, he didn't stop.

Does Hunter's Stun Overdrive not work anymore?

Juggernaut's supplies are always active, but did they make him immune to stun as well?

(Hunter would not have that much usage in Team Juggernaut Mode battles if its OD is not useful.)

Added permanent immunity to all status effects for Juggernaut.

This is good because it was too easy to kill Jagernaut, now that the effects of freezing, burning and so on are no longer affecting Jagernaut, the format has become more of a tactical game. 

But it is not difficult to stop it, the most popular is the Viking overdrive. Most of the players also hunt with the shaft because its damage is numerically large. Also the combination of a striker and a booster drone is unusual. So killing Jaggernaut is not hard.

There was a update launched that made hunter's overdrive non-effective on the juggernaut. (EDIT: Link to the update below, thanks to Spy!)
