declined Tanki online excessive chat bans

I've been playing tanki online since 2013 and have been a loyal supporter of the game for a while. However i feel that since the very beginning the chat bans in tanki online have been over excessive.

To be very real and honest, tell me who doesnt drop a temper tantrum every once in a while due to annoying team members. Its very unfair to ban people for months and years after a couple of warning. I feel like Tanki Should decrease the maximum ban time to a week and multiple week bans result in a month ban.

People have spent so much money on this game and they do not expect all of the value of putting money into tanki vanish by one chat ban. 

I've seen people who've spent 100's of dollars and game and do not get the chance to experience the chat due to a ban they got months or years ago or even permanent. Alot of people quit the game because of this unfair chat ban

Chat bans are issued to players who break the rules, regardless of the amount of money they spent in the game. I can ensure you that Chat moderators team do not ban players without a satisficed reason, especially long bans, which are issued to players who break the rules regularly. However, mistakes happen sometimes. If you believe you were banned wrongfully, you should contact one of our Chat administrators via Forum PM.

No offence, but any sensible adult is able to stop themselves throwing a tantrum, especially when it's something as simple as bad teammates in a game. And getting chat-banned for 6 months or forever takes a LOT of sever or repeated offences. If a player still didn't learn their lesson after all that time, then they get to live with the consequences. The amount of money spent does not change this.

Very Well, doesn't say anywhere in the rules that change is chat ban times is prohibited yet you declined looks like you make your own rules.

The rules do not cover ALL types of ideas which will be declined. Those are simply the most common ideas which we cannot accept, but people still keep posting them. And as a matter of fact, yes — I made those rules.

If an idea has a good reason to be declined, then we will explain that reason in the post, as Spy did above.
