Weekly Missions Progress Isn't Correct

I was at 12/15 Missions for my Weekly mission, and after doing 3 new missions after the server restart, the progress only increased to 14. 

Is this a bug? How can I fix this?

I have noticed that if you complete the daily missions and save them for the new weekly missions it does not count . Its better not to save daily missions for a weekly missions that just started.

Have you tried re-entering the game? 

Yes, I am positive my progress was at 12/15. I know because I do all my Daily Missions everyday.

Hello. If you complete the daily missions and pick up after the new weekly missions, it works, so that the progress is not complete, but only partial.
