As said by Flexoo, Speed Boost also increases your turret and hull's rotation speed for 30 seconds.

Yes, Armour Piercing effect completely nullifies all the defenses of the tank from Protection Modules, Supplies and other sources like Overdrives. In short, the tank will be completely defenseless and will take full damage.

1.) Citing Tanki Wiki: Speed Boost Increases speed of your tank by 40% for 30 seconds. Also increases rotation speed of your turret for 30 seconds.

2.) Yes, armor piercing augments completely negate all protections for a short period of time (modules, supplies,  effects of drones like Defender, Titan's dome) unless the enemy has an AP Immunity equipped.
