valid Animations Switch

Add a switch that can either disable or enable animations. For example I dont like railguns animation; I can click the button and railgun skin looks like HD but there's no animation. It provides no in game advantage and would be great for a lot of people that dont like animations. It also wouldnt be hard to create.

Graphics is a thing that up to developers, you just have to play the game... maybe you can suggest a new design for it, but not to restrict its character of shrinking (though I dislike it).

In example in 2012 when they changed the game's graphics completely from the ground up, the new graphics disgusted me completely I always wanted to return to the old one Also I have suggested in 2014 for an option to back to the old graphics. But to be honest it's not a valid thing to make players don't see the same graphics
