Best Game but worst customer service

This is of the best game I have ever played. Purchasing from the shop in India the price touches almost 2 times the price in the market. It has the WORST customer service but the game is really good. I had 450 tankoins lost and it was said it was my mistake and so I didn’t even get a refund from the customer service team also it was said that it was my mistake. I don’t know what to tell about my old account. It was banned for 1.5 months and was given to me after I made a new account with a higher profile and status. I even asked for something else instead of the account and again the reply came NOT IN OUR POLICY. 
 

The game is still played by 1000s of people everyday and still is popular among YouTubers.

Hello,

The Tech Support are not obliged to give players refund if they spend crystals/tankoins by accident nor give them a compensation prize for banned accounts. I shall remind you that accounts are getting banned / blocked if they break the rules, which is most likely what happened in your case. 

Now, if you believe you have been banned from the chat unfairly, please contact one of our Chat administrators via Forum PM.
If you believe you have been blocked from the game for no reason, you should contact the Tech Support using this form.
If you lost items from your account, please contact the Tech Support using this form. (Please note that you will not get a refund if you spent your crystals/tankoins yourself)
