Can not collect special mission reward.

I heard that logging into the mobile version of the game might work, so you can try it. (I'm not sure if it works because I didn't experience this bug myself)

Hi!

If you are talking about the Super Mission, then you have only completed 3 of 5 tasks.

You cannot claim any kind of reward without fully completing the Mission(s).

 

If you are talking about where it says "11/10" for the winning 10 times mission, then as At_Shin said above, it is a glitch/error.

• See what happens the next time you log in.
• Also, play a battle, win, and see if the Green bar of that mission moves.
• You can complete it by playing a few more battles.

As mentioned by Shin, you need to keep playing until the green line (below the mission) is filled up and then you will be able to collect the rewards.
