Same thing happens to me.

I'm not sure if it's a bug, it's probably just the internet? And this assumption comes mainly because my internet has a history of cutting off randomly sometimes, making me instantly lose connection to a Tanki battle, even though the cut-off only lasts for a second or two.

It makes sense if you get this error:

What're your specs?

2.4 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel Iris 1536 MB

If I can run League of Legends and Minecraft fine, there is no reason for Tanki have infinite loading lags.

Shouldn't the official client always be faster?

The new HTML5 client runs on Electron which is essentially a Chrome wrapper, basically your web browser but without the UI. Electron/Chrome are both well known for hogging memory.

Can you check/send a screenshot of your memory when trying to access Missions? A 1500 MB graphics card isn't that much for gaming; the devs recommend at least 2048 MB.

Ummm yes, I think everyone is getting this problem? Or at least, a lot of people do - including me. And not just during events - all the time, event if playing after reset when few people are on.

The problem with the "missions" section, specifically, is that separate loading screens seem to have been added to the each tab of the missions area, such as for "special missions", "weekly missions", etc - and this makes checking your missions and checking each separate area much slower than it was before, and also there is a chance to game can crash. This was never the case before - why does it have to load like this now? Is this a bug?

EDIT: Just to clarify infinite or extremely long loading on the missions section doesn't happen for me every time, but just occasionally. However the loading screens for each mission section tab are very annoying, and this bring a chance of a crash each time you check missions or swap between tabs which didn't seem to be present before - and it makes the whole process a lot slower.

@yellowghetto @DestrotankAI9 @bugatka Hello!

I've faced the problem of infinite loading of missions after finishing a battle myself. I know not the reason behind it, neither do I know the permanent solution. I've managed to find a few simpler, temporary solutions to that issue. After you finish a battle, reload the tab(browser version). This worked for me and I believe that re-opening the client should do the job.

Another trick which worked for me, is opening containers section or garage after finishing a battle and then, opening Missions section. You can see it for yourself in the below clip.

Kindly update if the above solutions solved the issue for you or not.

The error always happens on events. I should just never play during events and wait for sales.

Unless a special mission forces me to.

Also new problem. Has anyone seen random lag spike in Battles? 50-60 FPS, and randomly mid game freeze for a second and back to normal. Really annoying.

It's not a questionable ! ... Just a bad servers and approving day after day that they couldn't make the game great again like what it was in FLASH

Years ago Flash would perform well, but throughout the years the quality of its performance decreased drastically. Comparing it to the current HTML5, Flash would in no way outperform the latter nowadays.

Also, can we stop involving Flash in every single question or issue regarding game performance? That program has been gone for a certain while, no need to hop onto the nostalgia-train of Flash again

What I mean when I bring FLASH is to compare what the game was and how is the game now.  We accustomed with high quality and haven't faced such a lags in FLASH (as far as I remember), so it's not a logical thing for the game to betrayed us with a low quality. Tanki is bigger than that.. We criticize how our game which I see is bigger than many of the most popular games (like Minecraft or WoT) went down in a level that is not an appropriate with its size.
