completed Positive status-effect Purity

In not so distant future we'll be given a large amount SE-based augments. So, negative SE will be everywhere (let's not forget about Supercharge).

Basically, my idea is to transform one of the Mammoth's OD mechanics into a new SE. Let's call it Purity for now.

So, Purity after imposing immediately remove all negative SE and give temporal immunity from all negative SE.

It is pretty powerful when SE involved, in other cases — it's useless. Balanced in other words.

What can inflict Purity, my suggestions:

• Mammoth's OD, of course
• Ares' OD (maybe)
• Dictator's OD (in exchange with Supercharge)
• Some new RK-based drone (like Booster with Extra damage)
• Your favorite brand-new exotic Isida augment

Maybe it's a good idea, but since Tanki likes to release ideas that aren't good for us mortals, I'm pretty sure they'll even turn a good idea into a bad update.

Whatever it was now name is changed to Purity (nothing changes, really).
