Nerf hopper's overdrive

hey guys every battle now in april every hopper has to jump quite high too much on the building as well as in normal games it's annoying I'm asking for a nerf hopper

The suggestion is to nerf hopper by removing the stun status effect from its overdrive.

I think Hopper users might not like it, but other tankers would like to see it change.

Okay you gotta admit hoppers jump is terrible without speed boosts and its acceleration is slower than crusaders. Basically ever since hoppers acceleration got nerfed, the jump would seem a little shorter unless the user has SB on and jumps off of a hill or a ledge, the jump would seem to be higher. though it does have to gain enough distance to perform a far jump. Although an ideal nerf would be in its burn time, or reduce the stun time. Or remove burn or stun.

On the serious note I think the burn is a bit overkill for hoppers od.

I think nerfing the jump height will benefit only in reducing the gold catchers, but it wont benefit that much in capturing modes if the jump distance stayed the same.

The best way to nerf Hopper (in my opinion) is to remove the stun from its overdrive.

I suggest you that it should move only horizontally while using Hopper overdrive, but for a short time (0,5 secs for example), it can be a bit faster while applying the burning and stun status effect on all the tankers who were close to that player, for the current time is existing in the game. They would still have chances to catch gold boxes with their speed, both on normal gold drop events and meteorite gold events. 

btw, you can do something about the burning and stun status effect but barely anything against the jump of hopper...

Then... why is it called Hopper?

Gold-catching is the LEAST of our worries.

but this hull has taken away the joy/fun of catching golds, because skills barely matter nowadays at gold hunting... I would be in to change its name but I dont know to what (yet)...

Well that's not gonna happen.  You need to be more relaistic.

Removing stun is a good start.

It will eventually get nerfed somehow.  (those charge tweaks don't count).

Stun removal makes the most sense, as nerfing the jump does not seem doable.

I won't predict when however...

Ngl the burning is okay in my opinion, but just removing hovering (Minus ares cuz its a pog) hulls in special maps would be doing everyone a favor real stuff
