Increased power to buyer-preference protection modules, then suddenly a fourth protection module slot is offered.... for the cost of grinding 100% for over two years in the game on monthly challenges. If bought, the packages of premium currency would cost ~48 US dollars, basically the price of an entire game in a box. I would not care so much if the advantage were slight from a fourth turret protection only, since there are so many turrets and damage modes that the protection modules are almost worthless for individual turrets. However, Tanki has shown that they are going to issue more universal and more powerful modules like the new all-turret critical damage module. With those floating around and likely more to come, the extra slot will be a difference maker.

 

Also, the protection slot was silently dropped into the notes without a hint of the cost, because they knew it was basically the same PR value and situation as if they had announced a Tanki Super League.... you saw how well that one went over. People have an innate sense of fairness, and the ability to buy your way to the front of the line is not in tune with how most societies tolerate their fellow citizens.

Can we just have someone admit that there is a pay tier, and you have to be in the pay tier to consistently win for any duration of time?

In light of this direction, how do I get myself voluntarily relegated to Tanki Free League West, 3rd Division, so that I don't have to have all of this infrastructure to field a competitive tank?

For nonbuyers it takes about 2 years to get that amount of tankioins. 

Look at ur playerbase compared to 100k+ days, you should make updates that makes gameplay more balanced and enjoyable but instead u add even more imbalance to the game.

Everyone should make new accounts for media or give Tanki a poor rating until they realize what they are doing.

For example Steam. Don't recommend the game and leave a reason why. (This game is super pay to win. 5000 Tankoins for 4th protection? 2000 Tankoins for a rename pass? 3000 Tankoins for a Clan License?)

 

Or some sort of Twitter campaign. DO NOT PLAY Tanki Online.

Even 50 TKs for the 2nd slot is a lot for a new player.  One would have to save up 17 weekly containers to get the required TKs.

I have been trying to see if there is some sense behind this 5k TK price except just saying "greedy" ( since the whole point of companies is generate as much money as they can ) but what is this? 5k TK for 4th protection slot, are they insane?

I mean since most didn't buy this slot, it's not gonna make the game unplayable for people who don't buy, but it's the incentive that counts. Who actually though it was a good idea to make the price of 4th slot be 5k TK? Like "?????"

in my opinion, tanki devs dont care about anyone that doesnt live in russia well cuz look at the module price 5k tankoins seems alot right but for a russian player he could get it for 10$ max using the russian currency and thats why theres differences in prices among all countries they rise the price for some and lower it for russia just so the russian kids can enjoy the game and thats why u never see a russian hating on the game cuz my g buys the whole game for 3$ and thats why tanki wouldnt care cuz russians r fine w it and as long as they dont complain we will always be the victims :V

complaining here or there wont make any changes , as long as the russian kids r satisfied tanki devs will release dum stuff and since we have no rights we have deal w it 

oh and do u know why i like these updates its bcuz none will ever buy dumshet like that which will leave the game balanced a bit which means a loss for tanki and win for us , u wont always see a player w 4 modules or crisis every battle u join or the new op augments

I am reconciled to the fact that the game was ruined a couple of years ago.   Matchmaking was the wooden stake in the authentic (and loved) Tanki game.  It's all been downhill from there...really a bit before that with the toxic updates implemented to accommodate MatchMaking, but a fast toboggan run since MatchMaking. 

As they twitch in their death throes of a compromised game, Tanki cashed in on years worth of accumulated players and those players addiction to a once great game.  But the bulk of the player base passed away quickly and Tanki has been coaxing what they can out of the dwindling numbers for the last year or so.  Recently they have become desperate to generate any kind of cash flow from any possible twist they could think of.  

What we are left with is a ghost of a terrific, fun game, but now full of magic gees and gahs and unravelable over-complication...all at inflated prices unavailable to any but cash buyers (Tankoins).  I have no idea how long Tanki can continue (I've guessed summer of next year, but who knows) but I'm pretty sure the devs see the end coming and have a pretty good idea of when done-day is.

Anyway, my real point is the game is dead.  It's just the twitch left.   The mortal wound came years ago so resign yourself to enjoy what you can out of the pathetic mess that is still left before the game just isn't there one day.   The trash updates they have done recently and the trash updates they will do in the future just don't matter...Tanki doesn't matter any more.

 

 

There might be one glimmer of hope for Tanki's ultimate demise now that I ponder it a bit.  The parity events they are having on the weekends are fun.  Maybe they can parley them into something that keeps their boat afloat.  The problem with them now is that eventually they will get stale.  Each player will have his favorite mode and be disappointed when their fav parity mode is not featured...other modes may become hoe-hum.  Will enough players keep grinding MM with it's increasing repulsiveness as they are motivated by the parity events to log in?  Can Tanki up the parity mode's clout and find a way to make a Ruble out of it?  Time will tell...

Really simple missions. The mission for kills and for Speed Boosts were just a little slow, but not difficult at all. I used Vulcan/Titan/Trickster.

I got these from the Shards (I had 6 total because of Daily and Weekly Missions):

I'm not really a huge fan of the paint because it's kinda boring, but Gold Boxes are always welcome, and the other Container gave me 100 of All Supplies. Not bad.
