missing supplies

yesterday i got 7 goldbox and now i have 6 i contacted tech support and they told me '' we can't give you back that supply please change your password''

and i don't press 6 when playing. any ideas?

Well, I assume that you might have accidentally pressed 6 and dropped a gold box in a random match and you did not notice that you did so. It happened once to me.

Once I had 25 golds and after playing for an hour I noticed that the count came down to 24. After giving it a deep thought I recounted that I smashed both 5 and 6 buttons to place a mine in a match and lost a gold.

Hence, I believe that this might have happened to you also.

As Iron said, it might have happened to you by accident (which is why I changed my gold box keybind to 0). 

I would advise you to change your password anyways, it's better to be safe than sorry..

well i planed to save them for later use (i.e drop them when there will be a task for it) anyway when i try to disable a supply i.e mine by backspace it will lay mines despite it's disabled
