But all joking aside, I think that the current shot effects should be renamed to shot colors. Shot effects should be something like the straight line that rail gun had before being updated to the tornado effect.

Hmm, i don't think so, there might be shot effects that don't change the color exclusively.

I don't really think that Thunder and Smoky should get shot effects, but who cares, i'll add them to the suggestion later or tommorow.

Added 'em! Included some funky paint jobs for them. Including ''Cold'' for Smoky, which is only used for Freeze. Would be really epic to use these with Smoky's ''Cryo rounds'' augment.

And also, admins, are you seeing this? Can you pass this suggestion to the devs?

CHANGING ITS GLOW AND TINT WILL NOT MATTER ! ( STAUS EFFECT )

THE MIXTURE OF SHOT EFFECT AND STAUS EFFECTS VISUALS WILL MAKE IT GAME LOOK WAY MORE COOLER!

 

THE IDEA I'M TALKING ABOUT :

First one is about burning effect, there's something about burn off effect that really bothers me ! why does the burn off effect tint red why not glow red ?

i thought to myself that it will look much more cooler with the glow and looks more realistic .I'm not saying the whole tank should glow , only the metal armor glows. also keep the tint for the rest of the tank, giving it the mixture of glow and tint ! The longer you burn the brighter it glows. when you life reaches blow half , crack will start to form. Then cracks will start to glow at the last quarter of your life, then your dead. The look of your damaged tank will fade off it will stay unless you activate repair kit.

second ( freezing )! this one is similar but slightly different, the difference is the metal armor glowing blue with a frosty texture and the rest of the tank glowing blue like always . the longer you get frozen for the more it spreads . from the blue with the frosty texture to the spreading of the freezing steaming ice .Then your dead if not , once the the freezing effect fades off ... that you think but in reality the ice will melt and leak into your tank. You don't see this , but what you see is what happens next. your tank will start to glitch a little , with electric volts passing through your tank. This is the after effect that freeze will have. Great right? remember the after effect does not deal damage !

Some of your shot effect dont make sense, like the white one for firebird, how can a flame be cold while it is supposed to be hot? Also, i have never seen a white flame... green too... but the blue one is fine because of the gas that can make a flame look blue at the beginning.

Its not supposed to make sense, otherwise that would contradict the entirety of the game.

the color of the changes according to its fuel ( material or gas )

the only color that does not exist is black. even white exists

When  something is burned, it is black, also when you stop a flame, at the end you can see some particules that are black, thats why they made a black shot effect. But a while one called cold, clearly dont make sense.
