Where do the updates you post come from? Who gives them to you and how we communicate them to you.

If you receive them it means that one of you is in contact with the developers. So if he's in contact, we can ask him to ask the developer to answer our questions.

The forum is being managed by the Forum team which consists of Forum moderators and Administrators, which means we do not get paid for the work we do.

Information about updates is given to our community manager Marcus by the developers.

As for the last part, I'm afraid it's not possible to have a topic where the developers answer questions from players, as Marcus said here.

The forum is managed by the Community Manager, Head Administrators, Forum Administrators and the Forum Moderators.
The only person who communicates directly with the developers is Marcus (Community Manager), he receives the new updates and post them in the forum.
