How on earth people who haven't got protection vs my turret can't withstand my shot? This player wasn't wearing any protection against my turret and the he could tank my shots ? I had Gauss and supplies on and he was on Hunter wearing regular shield. It's so enraging really. Yesterday a hornet rail tanked my Rail shots while using overdrive, that doesn't make sense whatsoever.. makes one hate the game even more like what's the point of it all.

Assuming you have max gauss, and a maxed drone, you will be able to 1 shot most hunters or medium hulls that are not maxed, or some that have taken some damage assuming they don't have a drone. And you will be able to 1 shot majority of light hulls. This is due to the latest supply nerf and drone buff.

As for the Hornet tanking your railgun shots, when you used overdrive, you may have not Ap'd the player, they may have had defender drone which does reduce critical damage, if they own armadillo, that would also tank shots.

Please provide us with a video if possible, but these are my final conclusions.

Light Hulls have 2000 HP, Medium Hulls have 3000 HP, and Heavy Hulls have 4000 HP.

Most Turrets cannot one-shot tanks.

• Some turrets can such as Shaft's sniper shot that can do 3000 damage, and magnum that does quite a lot.
• Other turrets do around 700 damage with a regular shot.

When you shot the tank the first time, it exploded, correct?

• That Hull might have had just a few HP left, allowing you to destroy it with one last shot.

Also, when using Gauss and supplies, you had Double Damage activated, correct?

• That Hunter had a regular shield, which I presume is the Double Armor supply.
• This means that Double Damage and Double Armor cancel out their effects, making the Gauss turret do its normal damage.
• This means you cannot one-shot a tank.

Railgun does up to max of 800-1600 damage to a tank.

• You cannot one-shot a Hull, like Hornet, because it has 2000 HP.
