I think it would be better to replace containers in challenges with 100 shards each(IDK about increasing it, because it would violate the "increase rewards rule") to make it look more appealing to players. At least that is what I feel when I receive shards in spec missions as prizes compared to containers

This is actually worse lol.

Because it adds extra steps to claiming the container. Previously, you just earned the stars. Now you need to earn the stars AND claim the shards.

And sometimes, people will forget to claim the shards in the container tab.

And if they don't claim the shards, once the shard bar is filled up to 100, they will stop earning shards passively, meaning they will lose out on free shards.

So the original way it is now is much more convenient.

Be careful about suggestions like this - what they would probably do is nerf the container rewards in challenges to 50 shards or something. I understand the reasoning behind your suggestion, but I don't think this would really provide any benefit - I don't think personally it would "look more appealing", and as Tanker-Arthur said it would just add an extra step to claiming the containers which would be mildy annoying and unnecessary.

Just remember when making suggestions that the developers love to nerf things that free players have access too (or indirectly nerf them by giving buyers new and superior things - such as with recent updates), so don't give them any extra ideas that might allow them to do that.
