How To Delete Your Own Clan And Change Positions For Players?

Please tell me how to delete my own Clan and how to change Positions for Players?

Changing positions for players inside your clan can be done by clicking on their nicknames (while you're viewing the members list) and then picking the desired position, as shown below;

I thought to close a Clan, you would kick everyone out and a Disband Clan button would appear.
