Or like Brawl Stars, where finishing "quests" add progress to the season pass (challenge).

Which, I guess is what the daily missions do now...but "quests" aren't "daily". Instead, they last all season long. Or all "Challenge" long in Tanki's terms.

I hope they reduce the dot notifications above tabs like Garage or Missions.. They're always exist, even if you went to Garage and checked every item, the dot wont dissappear.

Honestly I'm now no longer give the dots a value, but they're still annoying.

Yeah it's kinda annoying, like, "hey, you forgot to upgrade this mk1-0 twins to mk1-1".

it's interesting how this upgrade system is rolling in just before Tanki's Birthday ? where most players would be purchasing upgrades at half price.

for me the part I want to know is will the price be going up and if so will we now have to buy it with real money instead of crystals.

along with how will they refund players who have a M4 - level 10 to what M? upgrade will they end up will it be only M5 or will it take them to a M7 due to the crystals paid on it.

not only that how would the new system end up working with players being M ? - upgrades in battles.

along with it would be nice to see a sale before this system is released on Friday. for those who are wanting to buy before hand.

 

to me I'm not rushing into purchasing upgrades due to Tanki's Birthday events - we might be getting a better deal after the new system rolls out ( or maybe not ) either way it would be half at half the new price .

I mean, there's flying tanks now (literally, I don't mean hovering) so it's progressed from the realms of sci-fi to fantasy.

Yes. Although the text says “ultra super-duper tank” (an obvious placeholder). I am guessing that the Contracts system will allow for choosing the reward received for the final stage of a Challenge.

The screenshots from the new interface above looks like the mobile version. I want a proper interface for the PC version of Tanki Online. There is no point on changing the interface all the time, so developers better come up with the best possible plan and make a proper PC interface that works well for all PC players. The same thing must be done for mobile players as well, a good and easy to use interface.

I know because I have seen the screenshots. I looks like developers are planning on making the new interface look and work in the same way as the mobile interface works for the PC version of Tanki Online. I guess that it is to make it easier for developers to maintain and update only one interface instead of maintaining and updating two interfaces at the same time, which takes more unnecessary hard work for them to do.

Maybe, the new interface we see now in the screenshots taken from V-Log 298 are a prototype of what we shall see for the end results when the new interface for Tanki Online is finally released. I hope that the new interface will be easy to use, work well and please all the Tanki Online players.

We shall see about all that when the first announcement of the new Tanki Online interface goes live.

I hope so, i have done 160-170 achievement, just imagine if one achievement reward would be 1 ultra container, i would get 170 ultras, or more if it is any other kind of rewards.

Ofc they would be different but even so i would get such juicy rewards for my hard work on playing with different weapons even the one that i hated such as magnum (because of the annoying bug it currently has)

Idk why everyone is talking about this Magnum "no-damage" bug, I've used Magnum quite a lot recently and I've NEVER had any issues regarding dealing damage.

Maybe because my internet speeds are above-average I haven't experienced it, I'm not sure.

When you shoot with magnum the shell create a very small and fast lag which cause to deal no damage, if you never experienced this bug your connection must be excellent, however, mine is pretty good but i experience it lots of time, and with booster drone it conducted me of losing my special effect several times while if it would damage them, they'd have died. It is not a magnum only bug, but it happens with magnum, much much much mkre often, maybe 1/6 times.

The proposed change to microupgrades is very bad, will developers take players feedback into consideration on this and not implement it? I doubt it, but anyway, here is why it is bad:

New players are not likely to quit because they find the microupgrade/buy next Mk buttons too complex, but they are likely to be very annoyed when, without warning - they lose access to being able to continue to MU their current modification when the microupgrade option becomes unavailable once they rank up, and they received NO WARNING about this - they will only learn about this by making such a mistake, which is awful game design. And THAT certainly might encourage them to quit. I expect frequent complaints to help@tankionline.com if this update is put in place, and on the forums too.

As for existing players, many will have lower modifications than the best possible for your rank with quite a few microupgrades on them, maybe 1 or 2 off reaching the 10th microupgrade level. This will be highly frustrating and make many players annoyed, that their crystals spent on MUs have been wasted.

In practice even if you ARE AWARE of this new system, with how fast you rank now, it is extremely likely that players will reach the rank for the next modification before they have a chance to get to the 10th microupgrade level, and end up effectively wasting all crystals spent on microupgrades on any item that does not reach the 10th microupgrade level before the appropriate rank.

All-in-all this is a terrible change that benefits no-one, and all non-helper players have stated they are against it. It will be an annoyance to both new players, and existing players, and will create bizarre problems with the MU system. If the developers think it is so terrible and confusing to have MU and "buy next modification" buttons, then why don't they just remove MUs altogether except for Mk7? But that would be a terrible change, as MUs are an interesting part of the economic and character development strategy side of the game. Alternatively, they should do this:

- Offer a discount on the next modification, with the price of the MUs already purchased subtracted from the normal price

That would be the only way to make this change fair, and avoid the problems that I have mentioned. However, the current system is perfectly fine.

As usual I am probably crazy to spend my time giving feedback, as it almost certainly won't be listened to as we know from the past. So there it is, but I know I might as well speak to my fridge about it.
