If you are playing in a browser, cached files will be stored wherever the browser's cache is located.

If you are playing via the client on Windows, cached files will be stored in C:\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\TankiOnline\Cache (replace YOUR_USERNAME with your PC username). You can examine them using the ChromeCacheView utility.

If you want to find textures for hulls, turrets, paint etc.. you should download them, you can download them here.

Folder on my PC.

As ThirdOnion said, through appdata\roaming\tankionline and so on. But the files are blank or with no files extensions, so you will have to use a "Bulk Rename Utility" to transform the files into images, JPEG, SVG or PNG.

go to their offices in malta, ring the bell at the door two times and ask a developer for the game files, they will surely give you the files on an USB driver, if you're lucky you might have access to that massage room they have ;)

I asked my parents, they said we can't go to Malta at the moment.. i wanted that massage :((

I did, but there are other files instead of just images, and i don't know what the extensions are.. I would love to know what they are

In the Flash client, cached file names are encoded as Base64 strings For example,

aHR0cDovL3MuZXUudGFua2lvbmxpbmUuY29tLy8wLzIzMC8yMzYvNzMvMi9saWJyYXJ5LnRhcmE=

decodes to . . .

http://s.eu.tankionline.com//0/230/236/73/2/library.tara

. . . which indicates a prop library archive. You can use this website to decode Base64 strings.

In the HTML5 client, cached files are organized according to the caching system used by Chromium and Chromium-based browsers. As I mentioned before, you can use the ChromeCacheView utility to examine them.
